Good video and good content, I have two problems with two of my machines, in one the gears turn slow, I have disarmed it and looked at all the tutorials that I have found but I do not find the solution, the piece that makes them turn slow is the one of the rotating handle that is embedded in the 4 lines, where the 4 screws go; and in the other recently purchased, There is no way to cut the wool with two middle lines, I have tried to readjust the scissors, the closing system, change the scissors, change the opening stop, and nothing works. if you could help me I would be really very grateful

I just got mine and I’ve seen a ton of videos. My problem is when I try to tuft the yarn just flies EVERYWHERE… am I not pushing it in enough?

So when that happened to me I unscrewed the top of the gear hoping it would help remove it, now I can’t screw those screws back in place they won’t go all the way back in . 😢 ps my first time handling a tufting gun .

Good video. I have a question that maybe you can answer. I have a wool carpet that had some stains on it so we had to agitate the carpet to get the stains out. This left the area a little fuzzy so I'm trying to figure out the best way to remove the excess fibres and make it look new again. I'm looking on Amazon for you the carpet shaver you are using and everything I see seems to be for removing pet hair, etc. so I was wondering if this is the same tool. Any suggestions you can make would be much appreciated.

I have a problem few turns of the gun. The scissors do not retract at all. I have to press the start button 3 times so that they retract and I can continue working. What could be the reason? I took it apart and put it together and I still have the same problem. Please let me know 🙏

any tips on gun maintenance? ive been tufting for 4-5 months now and have been cleaning the rod where the sliders are with a micro fibre cloth at the start and end of each us. Would you recommend any other areas i should be cleaning?

Hi, I really enjoy your clear videos; thank you for sharing your wisdom. Just a couple of questions. I assume you live in the US, where do you buy the big rolls of yarn? I struggle to find large quantities of yarn; where I live, the biggest size is 100g and buying yarn becomes very expensive. Second, how do you hang your tufting gun on the fabric? I've never seen that. Pretty impressive. Thanks again for the super helpful videos.

I bought the Neon gun last week. Working on my second rug and I really like it. Really easy to use. Really stretch the fabric before starting a rug. I’m a newbie and hopefully this tip helps all newbies.

If the hole is too big could it be causing my yarn to keep falling out with the tiniest of resistance?
