Then it also says LARGE CUSTOMER SEGMENT and assurance of delivery by next day indicating differentiation strategy. Also the case study talks about the target market being very large and increasing further with a unique and different way of providing the service of giving goods by airways which is unique/different/niche. So the strategy to market or sell or deliver the goods is different and unique or niche as compared to others but the market which it is targeting is large and expanding further which means differentiation strategy. Also if the question was about tell us the marketing strategy or just type of marketing without giving the name of Michael porter or options as his generic strategies then maybe one of the option would have been niche/concentrated marketing and that would have been the correct answer. Sir, for 10th question (calculation of pv ratio. Why can't answer be 24% Bcoz they have mentioned calculate pv ratio after reduction in selling price. So, Sp= 100-5% = 95 Vc= 95*76% = (72.2) Contribution= 22.8 Pv ratio= 22.8/95*100 = 24% Please clarify sir. Please!
