Sous Vide in a Yeti Cooler?
Cooked a steak in a Yeti Cooler Roadie 24. In sous vide fashion got the water in the cooler to 130 degrees and let cook for 45 Minutes then seared them on the grill. Enjoy.

not not the fugly boots....that is he fugliest thing you can do on a motorbike
You cant actually see whats happening in your camera angle?
Test should have been run a second time swapping batteries over to ensure performance difference was not as a result of one battery being in a better state than the other. I know they are "identical", but in reality no 2 cells are ever truly identical
I’m in the process of doing the same 👍
Wow very quick informative video, I just bought a 48 and the forks are an eyesore in chrome when the rest of the bike is almost all black😂 this is pretty much exactly what I want thanks!
Very helpful, just what I was looking for. Thank you
The first test may have just been a comparison of the strength in his right arm vs left arm. Is he right handed?
Thanks
what type of wraps are those ? The link is incorrect
I would like to know the temp of the water at the end. I do steaks at about 135 in my circulator. you will need to have the starting water 5-10 degrees hotter than target when you put the steak in. The more steak you put in compared to volume of water, the higher the initial temp will need to be.
thanks for the links
The brushless definitely gets hotter faster.
Nice job I did this to a sportster I have and getting ready to do my dyna
Welcome to the RUBE club, I don't think so. Just plain pathetic. Does your boyfriend shine your knobs for you? 💋💋.
Everyone I’ve seen with a sportster has the same led headlight including myself
A little Astroglide works wonders on those boots.
It's a good job. Where did you find the new badges?
I bought them from my Harley dealer. Retro badges, I had to look through the catalog.
If a Brushed drill quits (breaks down) then easily replace the brushes. But if a Brushless drill quits (breaks down) then you can 'not' repair it.
Use a carpet cleaner and spray some hot water. You will get rid of most of the soap from the fabric so it doesnt attract more dirt.
The Milwaukee kills the CT761 but then you say if you’re not a mechanic get the Milwaukee?
I changed my Break Lever and now it's extremely stiff and sensitive any suggestions?
There's a 100% chance that if you do it that way you're going to break the brake light switch you need you need to watch somebody else's video to see how it's actually done
Weird I didn’t break my brake light switch and I installed it and then reinstalled it for the video. It must just be 98% chance then.
Here is the correct way for bikes with that type of break switch. You really should do it this way as it can be broken pretty easy. Not saying you are not a professional but if your showing DIY how to do things you should mention that they will need to be very carful or use the instructions in this video on how to do it so you dont break the switch. Thanks for taking the time to make the video. Here is a link. th-cam.com/video/OzM3zjJ7atA/w-d-xo.html
Thanks, Im just about to do same to my 2016 fxdls. Now I have a plan!
I might try some 41/40mm push fit black waste pipe, should be snug and look chunky.
The Amazon link is no longer working, what did you search for to find those wraps. I need them for my 2018 883.
I'm sorry about that, here is a link. www.amazon.com/SATIN-BLACK-Application-Vinyl-Vehicle/dp/B078X3K11C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=3m+vinyl+wrap&qid=1630363125&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&smid=A732MSRHC9CSJ&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzNERVOUlLNlg3MExBJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNzQ3MzM3MkRXSkdaSFJaSVFDTiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMDE3ODc1MkszVzk1M1JGRzJMOSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
Thanks bro
Curious, during the second test (run time) why would it have been unfair if you let the battery die on the brushed motor? If it died and the brushless still had 2 bars it would show how much more efficient the brushless is. It leaves me questioning, would the brushless be down to 1 bar if it ran another 60s? I appreciate you comparing the two.
There's gotta be a better way. There is no moving the badge around once it touches the tank. I would think some liquid prior to applying might give you some slide time to adjust. As long as the liquid is not the same stuff as the 3M adhesive.
I definitely looked into different options, nothing that wouldn’t interfere with the adhesive.
If ya LIVE OUTSIDE U.S. CHINA SALES ALL THE NAME BRANDS,NOT DEPENDABLE AND NOT AT AMERICAN STANDARDS,WARRENTYMIS NON EXISTANT,LOL,BE CAREFULLY CHINA HAS TAKEN OVER AND SALES SHITTY STUFF,IF IT IS REALLY CHEAP ITS CHINA MADE AND WORTHLESS,DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Can you write it down torque for each part that needs to be taken off. Thanks
Lol Yeah, then after you’re done tucking in King singh for beddy-bye night night, I’m going to need you to come to my house and read my owners manual to me aloud. Don’t forget to take quality notes. Typed of course. Don’t hand it in to me until it’s perfect. I will test your knowledge retention by having you perform the job on my bike. Thanks… And one more thing. Do you clean windows?
@@Aaron.Himself you are funny dude! I got my hands on manual and all figured out. Good video and yes I do clean windows for the right price or torque specs lol
Can’t say I’ve ever had a Milwaukee tool fail within a year. By far my favorite power tool brand. Use them professionally. My 3/8 impact and 1/2 drill are my most used tools. As much as I love snap on hand tools for power tools I’m 100% Milwaukee.
I haven't had much luck with Milwaukee. 3 of my impacts craped out around 10 months in (3/8 stubby anvil broke on a starter bolt, 2767 couldn't keep a battery in it to save it's life and my 1/4" stubby impact wrench the trigger stopped working) There new hammer drills are garbage. Sent 2 in within a month of owning them. One the motor burnt and both can't hold a drill bit at all. Milwaukee is stronger no arguments there. But they don't last. Milwaukees warranty is what made me quit buying them all together. Took an average of 2-3 months to get any tool I sent in back. Total crap when you count on your tools to make your living.
I’m a professional mechanic of 28 years. I have both. Milwaukee all day long!
I gotta try this. Your dog was eyeballing that steak lol
Snap on power tools suck
That vinyl be on the way next time you remove them?
Exactly the reason I put car wrap so I could just rip it off and redo it if it had any issues, imagine having paint it would get all scratched. Also realistically you rarely have to pull the front forks.
Great video. Like the fact that you get straight to the point. Good job. 👍
I love snap-on hand tools, I have plenty of them, they are worth every penny. I will not buy a Snap-on cordless tool when Milwaukee sells a better one, with a better warranty, for less than half as much.
Definitely I’m in the same boat. Most of snap on tools are worth every penny but when my $400+ impact breaks over and over. Yeah it’s not worth it.
I've owned both...Milwaukee is far superior imo, I will say on the wheel lugs using the deep well socket plus the long locking lug socket rubbed some power though
Definitely, but the Milwaukee took it off with the same extensions.
Ha i just did the same thing My snappy switch went out in 2 weeks .
Laughing my ass off when you said “thank god it broke within the first year”
Lol yeah that warranty is trash especially for how expensive it is.
Erik's Garage I know considering the Milwaukee is half price with 4 extra years of warranty.
How does it hold up after riding?
It holds up great, I have had no issues.
@@eriksgarage8927 I painted my forks and powder coated the frame, various engine parts and the rims. Ive had no issues with my powdercoated parts, but my painted forks are scratched up and parts are chipping. I think this might be a good solution. Thank you for your response!
Yeah no issue and yeah as many rocks are on the road this is definitely the way to go. It’s cheap and you can literally peel it off and then put a new one on.
Snap on's ad this month has a 3/8 drive 18 volt impact for a ridiculous price, I say WRONG!!! Rigid has one.....AND ITS CHEAPER!!!!! The tool alone was under $180!!!
Shit. I just got my new midtorque 690 ftlbs but it's an m18. And 220 bucks for bare tool
Milwaukee - Half the price, Twice the power
5x the warranty aswell.. no brainer
I like cheese
Where did you get the wrap from ?
Amazon this is the link: VViViD Gloss Black Vinyl Wrap Adhesive Film Air Release Decal Sheet (1.5ft x 5ft) www.amazon.com/dp/B08GKY962M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_9u2IFb6BZTGAN
What about the brake lamp switch spring thing? You didn’t lose or brake?
Can you make a video that shows how you stabilized and lifted your bike? How much is the hydraulic lift?? How much$ is the thing in the back to stabilize it while you are working on it?
Go and buy all the tools you need the return them when ur done
I know this is a lot later, but I use a motorcycle lift that cost me about 150$ online and then two car jack stands on each side of my rear tire. If I need to remove the rear tire I stabilize the bike with a strap to an anchor point so it doesnt shift hard when the back wheel comes off while kind of supported by it.
I own a detail shop & that's what we use. Great product
these comments tho🤣... i have and run both. milwaukee walks circles around snappy.... but.. i do love the narrower head on the SO for engine work. also have all SO and Mw long neck ratchets available. point is.. if you are brand loyal, you're an idiot and probably not a professional. I love both and use both daily.
Snap on is pure rip off. Im a auto tech and working with a guy that has all snap on impacts. Such a unbalanced, HEAVY POS. I have 0 interest in CRAP-ON. at $4-500 for that!!! 🤢. Stop making tools cause even the bits and sockets BREAK! I use gearwrench sockets and bits. Not 1 has broke, ratchets are garbage though. 2/3 failed 84T maybe 120xp is better?🥴
Preach brother!
