Hi Thanks for nice video I am from Ecuador Any idea about good hatchery which I can order some white Leghorn fertil eggs Thanks
I bought the first one she showed. My problem is the water just leaks out. I don't know what's wrong.
Nice music great voice but this is definitely worse than studding them lol this is hala
jesss
Thank you so much for this video It really means a great deal to me and my family Some of the stuff out there on TH-cam is just appalling I’m assuming this video was edited, was there any thrashing about from the hen when you nicked the jugular?
Tractor supply is trying to sell me a kill cone for 60 bucks! I'm like nah. I'll find some one else with the correct price cause yikes.
Poverina
I hope there’s a more detailed video because I didn’t see the cut, you would have to have 3 hands. I’ll look on your channel
Are they game fouls
I have an igloo but is different has a lip on the bottom and the top is slanted , tryng to see how to put a door
Beautiful chicken you are blessed indeed thank you !
Wait isn't this halal way
Thank you so much for this. I have a rooster I need to dispatch and this is the kindest way I’ve seen. I’m going to do it now, wish me luck ☺️
Mine just died after 3 years sadly. She was very sassy, but I really loved her.
Has anyone else ever thought about how the CHICKEN got the protien, vitamins, minerals etc built up in its body?? It sure in the h*ll isn’t out there eating other chickens! The g*v wants us eating their sacrificed flesh as part of a ritual or something.. cause if humans ate a plant based diet, THERE WOULD BE ALMOST NO BODY IN THE EMERGENCY ROOMS, therefore big farma wouldn’t get any business, we would be 90% healthier, and billions wouldn’t be pocketed throughout the corrupted system!
So you basically make the chicken unconcious, and then kill it. This makes it humane? You’re still taking its life. What part of killing an animal do we not understand? Stop sugar coating the fact that we’re slaughtering animals for basically no reason now days. There’s plenty of evidence showing we don’t need animal flesh to live! We need to wake up, FAST!
The fields are so beautiful
Very unite family with smart kids that was good excersice for us
That dude was practically in tears
I have had to do this for the chickens! They are pretty easy to feed. Thanks for sharing!
As a vegetarian, I find it heartening to see people raise and process meat animals as caringly as you do. Thank you for the information.
It’s because a lot of us believe in god and know god haves us the specific animals for foods for us. It’s a sacrifice and we take gratitude for the chicken for proving food for us human. Being a vegetarian rn makes sense but back then when all people had was chickens , eggs, nuts. Animals had be sacrificed for us.
I would love to be a breatharian, I eat meat only because I have to (veganism IMHO is not for me, difficult to explain, but I everyone has his or her own way in life). Imagine how much time would we safe, if no need to eat anything at all. I just started to raise chickens, but mostly for eggs, and yes, I love to give them the best possible "luxury" they can get, that means, safety, free range, and imitate wild as much as possible (non GMO, soy and corn free, much greens and leafs, etc), some heating during winter, etc...Life is far from perfect, but we do not need to stress out animals and keep them in tiny box for their entire life. Such small farmers have heart,,,
Evil breed of chicken.
Wow you have a lot of Golden rod. That makes a great tea.
👍👍👍
Thank you so much for this ! I have been back and forth on how to be kind in the process , this seems to be the way to go. Bless you and your family
Liked seeing this video - all the way from kashmir mountains. Watched it till the end. Good luck with your homesteading!
Great work
ILike white leghorn chicken layer
Come on, mate. You have to show the cut ... I don't want to get it wrong.
Hope you all are doing well
sad reality . we need to face them if we are meat eater . the least we can do is to learn to appreciate and not to waste our food since a precious life has been taken for making each one of our meals
It is indeed a sad reality, it is the reality of the food chain.
or just become a vegetarian for god's sake!
@@sripriyamadiraju1287 i eat mostly vegetables and rarely eat meat , but i can't call myself vegetarian because of people around me , i know that sound stupid , but in order to become vegetarian i have to cut ties with every person i know or i have to argue with them all the time .
Never even if im at gunpoint@@sripriyamadiraju1287
Thank you. We just got the 6.25 gallon (like the Red / White one with removable top) one from TSC and it leaks. It does have a Black cap over that little nozzle inside the the bucket, but I did not see one on yours. I will try removing it and see. Thanks
You can kill me any day you want
Dog barks on cue at 0:48
God bless you, Michael.
How do treat swollen eyes for these birds
You could put a dialog with that mama protecting her baby. Baby pig runs to mama: 'Mom..mom, that animal is chasing me.' Mama turns to dog 'what are you doing to my baby? Get away from here. Stop scaring my piglets' Baby pig runs back to mama: 'Mom, it was scary, he kept stalking me.' Mama: 'I know babe, but I don't think he can get over the fence anyway. It's ok.' They're so cute! 🥰

This is the kindest and gentlest dispatch video I've seen anywhere on TH-cam, and I've searched a good bit. Would you ever be up for a video showing how to get the correct cut? I want to give my chickens this gentle of a death, but I don't know how to find the jugular vein or how to nick it properly so it is as painless as possible. We keep our flock as pets mostly, and for eggs. They all have names and it's especially hard for us to cull one when they need to go (extra roosters, hens that are suffering, etc.) Blessings and peace, thank you for the great video!
Is it true that when you touch duck eggs, will refuse yo hatch
No
Wow! It looks like 2 separate litters with some looking a week or so oldee than the smaller ones.
I need leghorn chicken 🐔
Nice sharing love to see yout video stay blessed
I have 2 Buff Brahmans and I just love their fluffiness too! I didn’t know they were dual purpose, thanks for sharing.
I’m so happy TH-cam suggested your channel to me. I’m in my first year of having chickens. My girls should start laying next month and I just got a new batch of chicks about a month ago. I am hoping to have the opportunity to hatch in the future. Thank you for sharing your content. Good job mama!
The chicken didn't thrash at death? Thank you for posting this.
it is pronounced (mu - sco - vee) not (mo - sco - vee).
It’s cruel to turn them upside down to sad
You have a great flock. What other breeds do you have and where do you purchase your chicks from? i just subscribed. You have a great channel and a nice homestead. Thanks!
