Hey, just so you know Ark means box. It didn't have a keel. It was just a big box. Only reason you need a keel is to steer. Where exactly are you going to steer to when the entire planet's under the water?
We honor or dishonor God every day with our Worship, Relationship’s, Marriage, Family, Work and Play. The mind of the Flesh keeps it’s mind on the things of the flesh and the world. The mind of the spirit keeps it’s mind on the things of the spirit and The Kingdom of God.

God doesn’t exist and Jesus was fictional
awfully similar to some of the delphic maxims given by the god of light apollo thousands of years prior.
With all due respect, the three main Delphic maxims originated 6th century BC. The first maxim mirrors what's written in Lamentations 3:40 from the same time period, but the second maxim mirrors Proverbs 25:16, which predates all of the Delphic maxims by 400 years. Further, the maxims are a collection of writings from the Seven Sages, who represent the wisdom of Apollo, but none of the maxims are said to be given by Apollo himself. So again, with due respect, I think we see the source of wisdom differently. - Joe B.
@lotwchurch it's difficult to understand hellenic polytheism with abrahamic lens, apollo is a god of light who illuminates the cosmos including our minds and souls. our texts are not meant to be taken literal but are divinely inspired. we believe when man has an idea let's say creating art or music or something of worth, the thoughts themselves come from the gods. when we say the maxims came from apollo it is because apollo was the god whom interacted with set historic figures to achieve set results. our relgion evolves with time and its people, so it is not surprising to us certain maxims came much later. many polytheistic theologians and philosophers shaped how the religion functions today, like plato, sallust, plotinus to name a few. the main thing to note is, alot of the wisdom, morals and ethics shown in the bible can be found in the polytheistic greek religion. which can be traced back as far as the minoan era 3000 bc, and later mycenaean. we believe the gods have been guiding us from the beginning of time, and each era is given their divine guidance, whether or not they abide by it was on them. the maxims as they are today are not meant to be taken literally in the sense that some things change with time i.e. slavery and certain social norms. yet, they serve as guidelines for us to lead and live good lives.

I wish I could smash the Like button 50,000 times! This is TRUTH!!!!
Mega churches lead to hell. They believed in one saved always saved, which is not biblical they believe in being a carnal Christian, which is not biblical they believe in celebrating Easter and Christmas, which is an abomination to Christ. All you get from mega churches is the same Sunday school teachings just in different forms. Mega churches are just a franchise that you go and get spiritual healing once a week and they rake in thousands of dollars every week. Please don’t take my word for it. Spend one day, looking it up and find out for yourself. Do not be deceived. The end is near. God says very very few will enter the kingdom of heaven. And look up your pastors net worth online. God said it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to inherit the kingdom of heaven.
Um.... faith without works is dead? Do you even read a bible?
The famous line about faith without works being dead is an instruction given to believers who do not contribute. What we're talking about here is our justification to stand before God at all; we are saved from punishment because of HIS works, not ours. The lifestyle we live AFTER coming to faith requires works. Thanks for contributing!
The only senseless thing
i love innocent people having to correct my mistakes. the way Christianity is unique is that you all were punished because of eve and you all were forgiven because of jesus. I would never think about joining a religion where I was punished and forgiven for stuff i didnt do lol
You can still be unforgiven by your own efforts. Christianity at the end of the day still is like every religion. You break it, you fix it.
that makes no sense
Divine love needs to be returned to God. Unless we love back it is not love..if I love a car is it love? Stop thinking like Man. Come home to Rome

God isn't real. It's 2024 for F sake. Wake up.
I don't believe people have abandoned God. I think people are becoming more enlightened, S they should according to ancient texts say they will. Onward and upward. It's all just better defined for people and they choose differently than expected.
Yet another interpretation of why a god would allow death.
I would love to see the data that leads you to say that most people believe you can lose your salvation. You even mention Lutherans - umm….didn’t their theology come from, well, Luther? Would you share?
Really wished I could've heard this at the time Greg preached on it. I was so lost in 2020.

Thank you, pastor Greg, for the sermons. I have been following your sermons for a while. It is a great joy to see some churches in the USA are still faithful and they still preach the truth. Keep up the work!
Jude was only warning believers about the false unbelievers that had crept in with believers to put them back in bondage, it has nothing to do with losing salvation, read the context buddy! Jude 4-5 King James Version 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. They were turning the grace of God into lasciviousness in not believing in the eternal security of Grace, but believing that you can lose your salvation if you do not do the law and so on,, even in those days Decsiples and Apostles were contending for the faith, what faith the faith of OSAS. read the context buddy!
Hi, this is Joe, the worship leader. I'm not a trained theologian, just a lay person, but I would like to gently discuss a few things: 1) I hesitate to claim that "Jude was only" anything. Applying our interpretation to (a) the author's intent, and (b) the Lord's intent for that author's work, is shaky ground. 2) You claim that "turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness" is happening "in not believing in the eternal security of grace" -- I agree, grace IS eternal security... for those who accept it, and who abide in His teachings, and who do His will. "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me." 3) You said that even in those days, Disciples and Apostles were contending for the faith of Once Saved Always Saved. Where is the scriptural basis for that? Where are the disciples or apostles actively teaching that in Scripture? This is especially poignant by way of the next verse, Jude 5 (I'll use the KJV): "I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not." Did the Lord save them? If then, they were saved, how come He destroyed them? It seems like he destroyed them because they did not believe. It seems like Jude is arguing "once saved, still in danger of destruction." Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. Again, I could be wrong; I am an imperfect mess typing at 2AM from a hospital waiting room because I can't sleep. But I think the context points away from OSAS.
@@lotwchurch You just read it, ( Because they BELIEVED NOT! ) very simple, you see not everyone that came out of Egypt believed in God, read the scriptures in context friend! Heb 3:16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. Heb 3:17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? Heb 3:18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? ( It never said they believed and then those stopped believing, can't you see how twisted people have taken the word of God? All of the warnings from writers were to believers BUT to warn them about people trying to put them back in bondage, be careful with those false prophets and false teachers, even Jesus calls them wolves in sheep's clothes, How can one be so blind to simple scriptures? BEYOND me!
You my friend are twisting the scriptures like a pretzal.... since when was Adam and Eve given Salvation by the Blood Of christ Before they fell? Since when did Christ go to the Cross for the angels to give them eternal security that is found in the Eternal Life he gives to those who believe in the Gospel of our salvation by Jesus shedding His blood for the forgiveness of all our sins, dying and rising the third day for out justification before those angels rebelled?
Hi, this is Joe, the worship leader. I'm not a trained theologian, but I love God, and I love how He's revealed Himself to us through His Son and through His Word. Let's talk about your questions. But first: it's interesting that you have a video on your channel about whether a person can lose their salvation, and in it, your argument is that OUR argument is that the blood of Christ doesn't cover all sins. That's not what we're saying at all, and we'd quickly denounce any teacher who says so. I would have left this comment on your video, but you've enabled restricted mode to disable comments. So, what is salvation? It's the process of being made right with God. Now, the process by which WE have access to righteousness is through the blood of Christ; we were born into sin. In Genesis 1, did Adam and Eve need salvation or sanctification to achieve righteousness? No, because they were still perfect. They were already righteous. Perhaps the better, clearer question would be "can a person lose their righteousness with God?" We all tend to refer to that *state of righteousness* as salvation, or being saved, but the point of salvation is referring to that righteousness before the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Righteousness is what Adam and Eve lost. Righteousness is what those angels abandoned. So you're correct: Adam and Eve, and the angels, were not given salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ. But they were justified and holy before that ever happened, and they walked away from the perfect gift that they received, too. Thank you for reaching out. It's good to have clear language on what we're talking about. I'll pass this on to Pastor Greg when I see him soon.
@@lotwchurch Not sure what you mean about " enabled restricted mode to disable comments. " What does that do? and how can I undo it if it is something I should have?

The GNV, KJV, & NKJV states “the Spirit,” not the Spirit of Jesus. So is it possible that they agree it’s the same Spirit, the Holy Spirit?
In the original Greek, it’s “ho (the) pneuma (spirit) Iēsous (Jesus)” - which is different from the phrase used in the previous verse, “ho hagios pneuma” - so it is textually different. Thank you for asking!
