I knew she had no chance and they still made me root for her.

After losing to Deku and seeing what it’s like to be pro at usj I think his vision for himself changed from being the best to wanting to be the best. The reason he took Uraraka seriously is the same reason he takes everyone seriously and why he got so upset at Todoroki. He wants to prove that he can beat anyone at their best and she gave him her all so when she fell he still kept his arms up, when he won he felt satisfied but not satiated like he would’ve before. He’s more aware of where he is and what he needs to do to get where he wants to be and it’s so satisfying watching and realizing how his brain has really been processing all the information he’s received since arriving at UA

and in the end, they ended up being together... Too bad for Midoriya for not clapping those cheeks

Respect to Uraraka for trying but let's be honest, what would make Bakugo float accomplish. He is probably her worst match up in the entire class. Removing his weight and make him float would only increase the speed of the impulse he gets from the explosions, making him even more dangerous. At this point in the story he has probably the best air mobility in the entire UA (after Nejire)

I dont intend to make this fight seem not good or anything... but the truth is, Uraraka´s strategy wouldnt work even if she touched him. She would make him float.. ok so what? Bakugo can fly without her floating effect and with her floating effect he would have it easier to come back to the ring. Still an awesome fight

I realised that when Bakugo was literally yeeting explosions at Uraraka, his explosion also creates a lot of debris, a huge advantage for Uraraka.

I feel like this fight is somewhat underrated. Everyone keeps talking about Midoriya vs Todoroki, but while that was good, this was actually my favorite fight from the arc.

She actually could have won if she didn't say anything kinda takes the surprise out of a surprise attack.
