I tent camp in Kodiak 6068 2 person tent and I bought the ICECO APL35 I love it.

You are brave or crazy stopping on the side of the gravel road to camp over night hope you have more than just a knife and bear spray to stop someone from getting at you by the way what road was that you was on ? Just be safe in your surroundings . By the way I am from Inman SC am now disabled but use to do plumbing construction work .

Hi, great clips , thanks for sharin, they're so natural. 20 years solo camper here, eventuough the wind is trouly irritating it still is the best "human repellent", I've had people try to break in my car with me in it during rain, snow but for some reason cold wind spoils the mood and I've never been hassled. For the windows i use newspapers that are wrapped with cloth that i just plug on six stickers all around the side windows and wind shield and that really keeps it warm inside. 👍 Happy New year 🕛

Nikki, Amazon carries silicon Snow Peak Hot Lips. They are reusable and keep you from burning your lips when you drink a hot beverage. I think they would work for your mug.

It is technically against the laws of nature to be on your way out to camp and thinking of WORK you want or have to do when you get BACK home...😢 I don't see how ya'll can do the car camping. Your tougher than I am. I have to be able to stand up. I have a cargo trailer conversion to do my wilderness adventures. You could build and pull one as long as it's not a big one (aluminium frame). It's soooo much more comfortable and being able to have an inside toilet so ya don't have to dig a hole or squirt the dirt is a huge plus....(especially in the middle of the night in bear country) Good Job.....God Bless....Stay safe P.S. Apple cinnamon oatmeal is not a proper substitute for a nice cooked over the fire steak!...😢

Be sure you look up and check for loose/hanging limbs. Stuff is still falling up here after Helene. Davidson River campground is open; I know it's not wild camping, but there's some nice riverfront sites!
