It was an incredible movie except Leo’s character was so damn shittily made

The animation for this movie is like a video game. It has that 2000s ps3/360 vibe, and I love it.

When raph says “I’m done taking orders” during their fight! Gives me chills every single time! The best scene in the entire movie!!!!!

Honestly, I think that they can still go through with a sequel. I know the company shut down, but that doesn’t mean they can’t go to another studio and ask them if they would be interested in funding the sequel. I would like to see them keep the animation style, even if it doesn’t exactly fit this eras latest animated films, and I would also like to see the voice actors return, though I’m not sure if they would still sound the way they did at the time given it’s been over a decade. Regardless, I still think that there could be hope, this movie is what made me even like the TMNT franchise in the first place, and was really ahead of its time, and I think if it were to come out now it would get a much better reception. What do you guys think, recon they could still have a sequel?

Reminded me more of the original comics than any of the others.. Shame there wasn't a sequel.

Something else the scene where raph falls asleep talking to casey shows is that he isnt sleeping much and trying to lead this life as the nightwatcher while hiding it is affecting him negatively

Ah, TMNT 2007... the film that was supposed to have a sequel but received the short end of the stick. Honestly, this is one of my favourite films of all time, and it was clear this was created as a prequel, but many people didn't see it that way unfortunately. The Leo and Raph fight will go down as one of the best scenes in filmography or CGI at least.

I didn't like it, Leo was in the wrong and the plot wasn't great.

Honestly I’m really confused why the only cool part for people was the Ralph and Leo fight. Yes absolutely probably the best but no love for the fight between the four siblings vs four siblings? Freaking awesome fight between the turtle family vs ninja army and can’t forget the Leo with 6 swords, freaking bad ass scenes every where. Also the cool Ralph vs lil demon

Dude I remember this movie and how much I loved it, but the one I watched was in my language (slovenian) so I never knew the cast was so stacked. The thing that I miss about this movie that was in my language is like a blooper/joke section that was on the CD where the voice actors in my language in the scene where the stone kunai is pulled out of Ralph they say something along the lines: "What did Ralph grow here?" then one of the other characters says "Dude that's a zit." . And I have never seen or heard anyone talking about it ever. I think I still have the CD and I wanna watch it again just not in my language.

As a turtle fan, I am disappointed. I wanted it to do something different. It did, but poorly executed. But it isn't too bad.

I always loved how this movie had a darker tone similar to 2003 series, because TMNT is a saga of dark nature. It gives it chance to develop the turtles more, as they aren't limited by goofy childish antics. Leo and Raph's fight was definetly the highlight, since it's evident Raph was ready to KILL Leo. I think the movie's main flaw are the villians, which don't exactly fit into the TMNT world being brand new ones, but this movie is definetly highly underappreciated nontheless

This movie means a lot to me. It was the first pre-screening I ever saw when I was 8 or 9. I saw this movie and got interviewed about how I loved it!😂 it always hurt that people hated this masterpiece of a movie.

it’s not the BEST but it’s pretty GOOD. The dialogue is MCU humors on steroids but that’s my only complaint it’s still god tier

This movie is absolutely great, but I think they did Donnie and Mikey dirty in this movie. Sure, it’s good Ralph and Leo’s relationship gets the attention it deserves, Mikey and Donnie just fade into the background. Especially Donatello, his mask is so similar in color to Leo and looks overall similar too

My personal criticism with this film was that Leo's hypocrisy wasn't ever really called out. I think it was a small bit that, while it doesn't ruin the film for me, defiantly irritates me, as Leo seems to have never been given a proper, "I was wrong." moment. It can probably be calked up that to the pacing issues. I think it would have been nice if April, Mikey, or Donni, or better yet, all three of them, called out Leo's hypocrisy, with April mentioning what Leo did in South America was no different than what the Nightwatcher has been doing. Then later, during the time he's captured, Leo wakes up and has a moment of self-reflection, then the rest happens like normal.

I love how this movie is about Leo getting over his hypocrisy and Raph getting over wanting to be a leader bkth have understandable motivations but handle them in the wrong way but they learn their lessons and become a team again Mikey and Donnie have nothing to learn this time around but they got good moments

As a Raph fan, is it any wonder why the rooftop fight is my all-time scene favorite from any TMNT media?
