These guys are crusty AF while the singer, Jeff Nonsense was a Skin who used to be a crusty with dreads but later rocked trad skin getup who still had the same political beliefs. Don't want to come off like I am bashing the cat. I am actually thanked on this side of the split LP along with the rest of our Lansing scene at the time. I used to live in this OLD 30+ room Mansion called The Howland House from the late 1800's that was turned into an indie student co-op in East Lansing with rent only being 180$ a month which included everything. The house is still standing today and you can look it up. It will always be an indie student co-op. Funnily enough, more and more punks began to move in and by the time it became a full fledged punk house with almost all rooms full, only two residents actually went to MSU! I put on shows in the basement and we had Feast Or Famine play with a few local bands (who also lived there) and we charged like 3$ or "Pay what you could" and it was one of the largest shows we put on in terms of people. I don't know how much the door made but it was ALWAYS policy that any band playing that was from out of town would get 100% of the door and we gave (Jeff maybe?) one of those large plastic jugs that would house cheese balls just full of bills and change that we used as the "Bank" But I've always liked Jeff Nonsense , The Pope John Paul and Shagrat (Shitfucker, Acid Witch, Pirate Law) tho I cannot remember for the life of me who the other person in the band was. They where all just a bunch of really cool dudes and John Paul was one of the funniest dudes one could ever meet.

I remember finding Chaotic Dischord's "Their Greatest Fuckin' Hits" on CD in a record store back in 1998. Couldn't believe the song titles, so of course I had to buy it. Such a life changer! My crappy punk band were influenced heavily by it. They didn't care about being good, why should we? I remember we learned "Glue Accident" and played it as a surprise song at one of our backyard party gigs. I only later learned they were a studio joke band and only recently have assembled a lineup to play live. Still listening to them though.

I had this record when I was about 14. It had a great insert full of stabs at things like punk rock, Green Day, Epitaph Records, Henry Rollins and more. That book was thick too.

I had this friggin 45 in 92, and have never been able to find one again. Also has a great version of Political Sin by the Casualties.

I seen these guys when I was 16 in like 1995/96 at the shuffle house in Baltimore .. I remember they were fucking great
