Eric was my neighbor and my friend and friends with my friends He was a sweetheart and nice guy I knew that he was not well is heart ❤️ was the problem 😭💔 Eric and Bruce lived together they both were my neighbors and came to my rescue when some creep was flashing himself they called the studio city police 🚨🚓 and busted the pervert! I sadly watched him decline he became very weak 😢 and then he was gone saw Bruce at the mailbox asked him where's Eric and he wouldn't answer went back in my place and MTV announced that he had passed away 😢 💔 I miss you Eric !

People please! If this video was posted with the title" Awesome drum solo" and you didn't know who the drummer was, would you really think it was a awesome drum solo? My guess, probably not. But because it's Eric Carr, and there are so many Eric Carr Kool-Aid drinkers, (Like Ace & Vinnie Kool-Aid drinkers) it's an awesome solo! Truly nothing against the man personally, I just never thought he was a GREAT drummer. He was good, just not great.

Maybe this was his his way of letting us know he had to go , but wanted to be as ERIC CARR as he could be. Love your heros and family and friends. Nobody is imortal and Eric and Freddie died too soon. We have these moments and thats how we remember them. They are legendary and always will be. Thats what they've done for rock and roll.

never saw Bonham, Neal Peart, Keith Moon or any other drummer playing bassdrum, snare, percussion, toms and synthzizer simultaneously. Carr never got enough credit for being the BEST! In terms of precision, dynamics, intensity and coupled with his exceptional technical skills, there is hardly anyone better.

I miss Eric Carr 😢 he doesn't get the credit or acknowledgement he rightfully deserves. KISS fans who are stuck on the original four only and doesn't give Eric Carr and some of the others a look are sorely missing out on something incredible.

Eric Carr is great. Love his solos- but that snare has to be right up there with Metallica's St Anger as one of THE most annoying drum sounds of all time. Jesus- it's like a cheese grader to my ears!

Eric is my all time favorite drummer. I can't wait to show off my tribute kit to him in about 3 more months... RIP to a legend!

I'll always keep Eric as a great musician and drummer and a great person in my heart. I had the chance to see him twice in 1983 and 1987 (Paris Balard and Zenith). His best performance is undoubtedly his 1987 drum solo (paradoxically for one of worst Kiss album!) for Crazy Night tour. Just my thoughts but this, was a mix of all his talent. Compact and loud but musically rich of his research and harmonies. Eric i miss you.
