Brainerd CRA 600 Track Record Kyle Ohnsorg 9/01/2024
Brainerd International Raceway Central Roadracing Association 600 Track Record 1:35.678.
Rider: Kyle Ohnsorg
Bike: Adrenaline Engineering Superstock 600 2017 Yamaha R6
The windy conditions were not ideal and there is certainly more time out there, but this was a ton of fun developing the Adrenaline Engineering R6 to be able to run 35's.
For anyone wondering how that compares to MotoAmerica Supersport times (1:33's): The CRA runs more curbing than MotoAmerica (Adds roughly 1-1.5 second per lap) and my suspersport R6 is not up to par engine wise with the "Next Gen Supersport" MotoAmerica R6 engines.
Thank you to my wife, friends, family, and sponsors who helped make this possible: Adrenaline Engineering, InGearMoto, Pirelli, Shoei, Cheap Thrills Motorsports, Close the Door Racing, Bison Leathers, Vortex, AIM Motorsports.
Camera: InstaGo3s (I wanted the video to be in 16:9 but a bug in the software forced 9:16. Lesson learned)

We got the opportunity to do quick ride video on the Stark Varg finally thanks to Starr Cycle. Having ridden and enjoyed the KTM Freeride and Alta electric MX platforms in the past, I was excited to see how the Stark performed. The camera angle is not ideal and I would have liked to get some 3rd person video, but we can improve in these areas in future videos. Subscribe if you like this style o...

Stark is a sweet bike - good review - looks like you ride with feet on pegs in turns - I ride feet on pegs in turns and has made me faster and much better control -

Thanks! It's not adjustable in the app yet but is soon coming I was told. It does have some level of wheel slip control in there for sure. When climbing really steep hills and the rear spins up, you can audibly hear and feel it cut back and ramp down before ramping back in again all with the same throttle position. It actually made it a bit hard to maintain momentum with the power ramping out and back in by itself. It had the same feeling when sliding flat corners and wanted to get on the throttle more but the tire would slip. It won't maintain a slide, but the big ramp up spike is limited and can't be adjusted yet. Similar to how honda and KTM do it on their 450's by changing timing when there is too big of an engine RPM rate change.
