Please do more videos on pattern adjustments. For example I’m small chested with an extra large booty and I think I’m going to have to do a sway back adjustment and bicep adjustment too.
Yes ma’am! In my most recent sew along, I mentioned how much great adjustment information is provided in the pattern instructions for Butterick’s 5473. It’s an older pattern, but great for issues such as what you’ve stated.

I love this! I need to stop beating myself up trying to make perfect garments. Often times I have to modify patterns especially the waist and hip areas.

Should I adjust the top when I "only" need added grading below the waist?
@@kathryneyoung2901 I wouldn’t adjust it. Just gradually make line connecting the beginning of the added inches such that your dress doesn’t pucker. Whatever you do to the front, be sure to do it to the back. 🤗
such a great tutorial, I never attention that detail on the pattern. Thanks to your explanation I will Job on my garments. Now I need to see that dress done for the itty bitty committee.. I just don’t think it would look good on me at all. But I am looking forward to the sew along Thursday ❤
