Cependant, Brazzaville 🇨🇬, qui depuis 2023, qui multiplie les initiatives d'assainissement et qui est décédée à devenir la ville la plus belle de l'afrique centrale et la ville la plus propre de l'afrique devrait s'inspirer en tout de la ville de Kigali, la capitale politique du Rwanda : une architecture moderne et belle, des infrastructures routières moderne sans imperfections de la route, des routes principale et secondaires bien goudronnées et bien éclairées, un paysage environnemental bien verdoyant et bien propre et une population déterminée à respecter les règles sanitaire pour maintenir la ville propre. Brazzaville 🇨🇬 au Kongo 🇨🇬 devrait s'efforcer de quadrupler les efforts économique d'investissement massif pour construire et bâtir une Brazzaville 🇨🇬nouvelle avec des infrastructures routières et ferroviaires modernes et des bâtiments public, des immeubles Étatique gigantesque, des logements sociaux en abondance avec une architecture moderne pour un Kongo 🇨🇬 nouvel.
