next time, remove the key shafting, the coupling gear is wrongly placed, the gear tooth is a small part in the back, last place the key after the gear enters

1 Debieron utilizar los instrumentos de medición y asegurarse de que la abertura fuera uniforme 2 Aplicar anti seize en todo el eje y chaveta 3 asegurarse de que la chaveta pasara deslizante en el canal del acople 4 Usar calentador por inducción o aplicar fuego directo 5 La operación debe ser mas rápida y segura 6 Al parecer el engranaje se coloco en dirección contraria Saludos!

Coupling need to more heat. If there is proper heating at least 200°© for 2 hour coupling not need to beat. Only in push fit it will insert.

Ambient temp + 80 degrees C should be enough and max 120 C .. Possibly they didn't heat evenly or didn't clean the bore . Based on this video , i would expect anything from them . In the end of they day , they think that the "job is done" as they have installed the coupling hub no matter how was that performed .. lmao
The problem is that the team did not heat the hub properly. Please check the heat value I think it is around 450º F (232º C)

You have to slide it on carefully and Even and after a few inches it will slide on,if not you be doin this shit and shorting the bearing life
