I just shared this with my husband to let him drool with the less than 100 days to go before we're on board to enjoy it all. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I would suggest videoing BEFORE you eat or drink. It loses its appeal.
Can you tell me how much you paid for this excursion? I booked it in October 2022 and added an additional person but carnival has no record of the additional person and the they don’t have a way to show how much it was back then. My itemized receipt doesn’t show it either so I’m out of luck and hate to cancel if I can’t add my Mom.

Is lido a self-serving buffet?
Yes, except for a few stations such as: build-your-own salad station, some meat stations, and the ice cream station, as I remembered. At the b-y-o salad station, you pick the ingredients and condiments that you want. And they put them into a bowl and give it to you. Thanks for asking.

My wife and I were on that cruise! We had a lanai room on the lower promenade deck, with glass doors that opened right onto the promenade deck (with reserved loungers outside the room!) We really liked the Vollendam. Thanks for posting the video and pictures of the suite so we can see what they were like.
I enjoyed your comment ! How did you like the Lanai Room vs. getting a Veranda Room (aside from the cost savings angle). I often think about getting the Lanai Room but am concerned someone would ignore those chaise lounge reserve signs and park their butts there LOL !!! Cheers !!!
@@marciasanguinetti3900 We really liked the Lanai Room - having the reserved loungers was nice. Only one time was there someone sitting on our lounger and I pointed out that it was reserved and they moved. There are other non-reserved loungers people can use. We liked being right on the promenade.

Hi, how was your cruise? I have a cruise booked on this ship in June, and I have read some concerning comments about the ship. How was your experience? Did you feel service was lacking? Did the ship have unresolved service issues involving plumbing/sewage that you are aware of?

You should know that this is not a bridge camera. Bridge cameras have attached lenses. This is an ILC(Interchangeable lens camera). That being said, personally, I didn't like the choice of music. I'd choose something else and re-publish it. Just a thought. Cheers
