I bought the zip up from the target line and it is really cute. The design is amazing butttt the quality left tons to be desired. I have popflex items and blogilates items and so I knew the quality difference would be there because of the massive price point differences. However, my zip up from blogilates ripped within 2 wears. It was a rip near the seam where the arm connects to the wrist cuff. I thought it maybe was the seam coming undone but no it was the actual fabric ripping (after two wears???). I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and wondered if maybe I unknowingly snagged it or something but after another 2 wears, it happened again in another spot but in the same area. I feel like for a 30+ dollar sweatshirt, I should probably be getting more than 2-4 uses before it becomes unwearable. For me, that shows the brand is definitely not sustainable because a sustainable piece should not only be created sustainably but it should last. So sad about this because really the design was adorable.

I bought the Target marshmallow hoodie in pink and to date it's my favorite clothing purchase I've ever made. I think it's nicer, or at least I wear it wayyy more, than my POPFLEX hoodie (I have the Half Zip Warm Up Hoodie in blue). It's way softer and less fussy -- the POPFLEX Half Zip has all these cinching features which are in theory nice, but feel tighter and clunkier than I'd like, even at its loosest. And even thought the fabric is, yes, thicker and probably higher quality, for a cozy hoodie it translates to feeling almost starchy and stiff? BUT I WILL ride for the POPFLEX branded leggings/flared leggings. They're the ONLY leggings I've found that are truly anti-cameltoe. You don't have to fuss, and they're thick (in a good way). They also have not worn at all despite regular wear / being washed dozens of times. I didn't buy the Target version because imo, the POPFLEX ones are worth the money. I've tried LuLuLemon, Fabletics, Athleta, and so many other leggings before but the POPFLEX tech nailed everything I wanted. My cost per wear has to be in the cents when it comes to these pants lol. TLDR - POPFLEX leggings are worth the investment. Target Blogilates hoodie is softer/better than POPFLEX imo!

I love that her popflex items are size inclusive. I may try the target ones but I love PopFlex

I bought the black flares (straight waist cut) from Popflex a month ago, and if you're indeed interested this is my honest review: - at first I was loving the super soft feeling, they are warm and very comfy, as in there's no pulling or digging in - the sizing is a bit odd, I got an L (which is my Adidas and Puma size, and I'm a larger 12 in UK sizes, and I wish I got an M. They fit OK, but if you put anything in the side pockets it will ride down, so a smaller size would've hugged my body better. I saw some ladies online say the diff between M&L iz also to big, so who knows. - I definitely appreciate the extra length options because I'm tall and I can't find this almost anywhere except Asos and Long Tall Sally (where LTS is appalling quality). - Fit wise, I chose the straight waist as I reasoned I would prefer the cut, but was eyeing out the V one. I don't wear cropled and don't plan on showing my torso, plus prefer to do the millenial tuck :D so straight all the way! - Sadly, the material is a major lint catcher, so much so that I almost regret the purchase. I have a white cat and have to use the lint roller everytime I leave the house, and they still look messy as soon as the sun shines on them. After washing it's absorbed all the lint from the other items as well :( - also, I must've rubbed onto a rougher material at some point (at least I didn't notice when) because it started going rough and pilling on my thigh. I'd say, not the best quality. Since you don't need the extra height, I'd look elsewhere.

Popflex is completely worth the price point, the quality of everything I've gotten from her over the years is amazing.

I loved the Popflex items 100000% more than the Bloglaties items.

Disappointing that the video title misleadingly creates the impression that Everlane is at fault. Doesn't lead to trust in the video creator. You repeatedly ordered materials and sizes without checking and then wrote a title that reads as though Everlane is somehow to blame.

I am a very loyal POPFLEX customer. The price is lower than LLL, and 100% worth the cost. Excellently made! And the customer service is fabulous.

I watched @KathrynMueller 's blogilates review video and she mentioned that the "high-rise" waistband on the blogilates items is not as high as the "high-rise" on their POPFLEX counterparts

Im not sure if you said Casey ripped the design off the Taylor swift skirt, but it is the actual skirt from popflex. Taylor has worn several popflex items in her music videos. I'm not a big swift fan, but I do like popflex, so when it went viral I couldn't unhear the news story.

so basically the hoodie is the best purchase😊

I wanted to try her line but can't see myself to spend as much. I really will try the Target brand for sure 👍

got the target launch & it felt so cheap :( went to the pop flex website & most of the stuff is still all polyester. will be returning and not purchasing from popflex. such a shame bc i love the design of their corset top + romper

I went to target a few days after it was released and it was almost empty there were only some things left but everything was 2X or larger so sadly I couldnt get one of the pantsuits or dresses but there was 1 hoodie left it was 3X which was pretty big on me but I just loved it too much although I almost didnt get it cuz it was pink but I literally fell in love so I just decided to get it and Im super happpy I did

The cloud hoodies are so thiccc and soft and lovely.

If you follow Cassey, you can watch how Shein has been ripping off her designs every year selling them at the lowest price points. So business wise this was a genius move for the US market. You seemed to be the type of client that appreciates quality, so the original line would be a great fit. But for the shein buying-dont know the difference between nylon and polyester-type of buyer, this works.

I am an avid PopFlex purchaser. I visited the Target line and the quality is definitely less, which makes sense. Still a decent buy if you want to try the line and I’m happy for her! The cuts aren’t as well designed, the fabric is a bit thinner/cheaper, and gets very “linty” which shows up mostly on the darker colors. The leggings are pretty similar to her main line ones, and the skorts aren’t cut as well as the PopFlex lines but a close second.

I bought from Target the day she launched and while I celebrated her victory I'll be staying ordering online on occasion because the quality of her brand vs the target launch is not the same and while this is definitely a more affordable option for people who can't afford her website stuff the quality is just not the same.

I wore it before I washed it and I was FUZZZY after. Glad it should stop once I wash it

Hi! Just found your channel from your first review! Enjoyed listenin what you cover/focus on in your reviews! I wanted to mention: the little plastic bit inside the wrist cuff is more than likely clear elastic which helps the cuff not stretch out over time. Whoever sewed it might have had trouble since it can be a bit finicky to redo or was rushing (more than likely the reason). I would do the exact same thing you did to get rid of its pokiness.

There was fleece transfer to my clothes just trying it on. I will wash and dry like she said before wearing.

it's a green flag for me that she released a target version. it will deter copycats (which has been a problem for popflex) since she has an official lower price point brand and fans who can't afford popflex prices will opt for the target one and not the copycats.

I just got the only one in stock today in size small even though I'm normally a medium, but the oversizedness is very forgiving. I just washed and dried according to instructions, and I have a bunch of fleece coming off onto clothes 😅, but hopefully that will reduce with time and still stay so soft. I also have the poking plastic cuffs. Maybe she'll tweak it in the future if she does another Target drop. Overall, I still really like it for the price! Thanks for the review and update!

I don't purchase popflex nor would I purchase this brand. So far everyone that's tried this brand looks unflattering in everything. Front seams, weird dark trimming, and the height of the waistbands looks odd. The stuff is kinda cute but could be cuter 🤷🏾‍♀️

I bought the ballerina skort and was very happy with the fit.

I actually really love her as a designer and wanted her stuff but I don’t have much money to spend on clothing let alone anything workout wise. I like that a lot looks like you could possibly ware it out normally not just for active wear. I definitely would like to get some pieces but my hesitation is that I have not seen anyone plus size review them so I’m concerned that it will only work for skinny people

Gonna be honest, the Popflex shirts are not great quality. I've only had bad luck with the shirts. The pants are meh, they pile so quickly. That said, they are super cute!

That ‘soft and buttery’ polyester will pill. Badly.

Plenty of companies make more affordable versions of their lines. Nothing wrong with this!

I'm honestly kinda excited to get the hoodie! I live in southern CA and it's usually too warm to wear the super thick hoodies

What an interesting, educated and well-thought-out review. The real 'star of the show' clothing-wise, though is your fluffy white sweater. That is what I would want to buy. I think the differences in material probably have most to do with supply and cost. It pained me a little to hear you say over and over you didn't think you looked cute in the clothes or that you weren't in the best shape as you usually are. I think you are beautiful and the clothing looked adorable on you: not too revealing, no body parts hanging out. You're only young once and that is its own beauty; in my opinion, all young people no matter their weight or their height or their hair or their complexion or their personal shape or abilities are beautiful just for having that youth that we are only allowed to have for (at this stage of my life I realize) a very short time.
