When it said 8 m,m I had to accept the video was trash. It asked for a sequel to a movie that already had sequels, I should have accepted it then.

"Furiosa" was like watching Terminator Two. Terrific movie, very well done. This deserved to do really well. What happened? A lot of internet trolls decided it was a "girl boss" film, and attacked it. These are the guys who say they really like strong women who have earned their strength, like Ripley or Sarah Conner. This ignores that Ripley was always a competent, "by the book" character, who should have been leading the mission. And Sarah Conner? Already covered that. She started barely handling her life, and grew to become a real heroine.

Crossover (2006) Not a Basketball Man Myself but that movie was not the movie advertised In those FX promo's on TV It was trash Space Jam a New Legacy looks like fine art compared to this movie that's how bad It was Crap !!!

Horizon was very good

I haven't seen any of these films, but I would like to point out that the history of American cinema is littered with flops that became classics. If memory serves, these would include FANTASIA, THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER, INTOLLERANCE, and THE WIZARD OF OZ. Somebody is making money off these films. It will be interesting to see what the future holds.

Twisters definitely was not a flop since it made at least 20M in net profit, if we are to believe production budget estimates. Marketing departments of production companies normally inflate their publicly leaked budgets for a variety of reasons. Ghostbusters Frozen Empire should have a place on this list as it made only twice its advertised budget.

Except for daredevil (it was so ugly, and I really couldn’t suffer it, sorry, I am biased because I loved the comics and Ben Affleck wasn’t able to portray the character), I can agree with all of your judgment. Some of them (kick-ass was superb), made history, imho.

Playing Black Myth Wukong. you could learn some of Chinese culture which most other games can not do. I mean associating the game with the country's culture

I could have sworn the lead-in showed a bit from "Risen," which is arguably one of the best movies ever made. It's always fascinating to see well-known stories from a different perspective. And Joseph Fiennes is truly fine.

Have to disagree with A Nightmare On Elm Street. I could never take the original seriously and the sequels just became comedy horror. I thought the remake was dark and genuinely creepy.

Main reason is because BM:Wukong has more diversity. While western games have blacks, queers, feministic unattractive women, gays, Wukong has: wolves, frogs, tigers, humans, spiders, snakes, bulls etc. Also main character is literally monkey. That's more inclusivity than any western game could ever allow. Also there is character named Non-White - inclusive as hell

Some of the originals on this list are unknown to many, so why even have them? The remakes of Ben Hur, The Magnificent Seven, True Grit, and Papillon should have been on the list. All of them were terrible and should have never been remade in the first place. A good rule of thumb is that any movie that had an iconic actor(s) like John Wayne, Steve McQueen, Dustin Hoffman, Patrick Swazey, Charlton Heston, or Yul Brinner shouldn’t be remade. There just aren’t any modern actors that can even come close to filling their shoes.

Not disagreeing that there are some bad remakes on this list, but come on both Total Recall and the Wolfman remakes were pretty good, mostly Total Recall that had a more believable story than the original did, sorry but remake wins there.

The original "The Fog" wasn't all that great. It's only notable legacy was forcing Stephen King to call his novella (and then the movie), "The Mist".

I agree with most on the list, but one has to be a fan of the werewolf sub-genre to appreciate The Wolfman remake. And as far as the Jacob's Ladder remake... well, you can't polish a turd, anyway. Jacob's Ladder was a pretentious mess to begin with. It just seemed like the original was trying too hard to be "deep"... almost touching on the psychological horror of Lovecraft, but totally missing the mark due to its own artsy-fartsy hubris. Although I haven't seen the remake, they couldn't do much worse
