Idk man, too complicated to trust on my truck lol
More px9 videos please
I recommend anybody not to do this. This will kill your death system all that gets pushed into your one box if you drive a Detroit or you drive a Cummins it gets pushed into your SCR system so basically a clogged your filters up and then they’re gonna charge you to get your filters cleaned, total rip off
These engines are hot garbage
0:11 when the Miralax kicks in.
Where can you find a shop that performs the service with the Diesel Force products shown? Also PM after everything, including, DF oil cleaning solution?
You can find shops using our service partner locator. Thanks for the interest! www.diesel-force.com/dieselforce/home/maps
Where can one get this service done?
It costs about $1700 at Miles truck service in Elkhart, Indiana.
How much this service cost ?
Looks easy. 😁
Sweet!
Thanks for providing this run through of the service routine. It is a helpful refresher for those of us that have performed the service.
Thanks for the feedback!
I’ve done the service on 4 trucks and two reefers, it works. One of the trucks had an intermittent code for EGR flow rate. Dealer wanted to replace the cooler, outlet side was plugged and EGR tube had buildup. Did the DieselForce and it looked like new in there.
Paccar MX13= Junk
Do far in the first week of getting this done I have had 5 roadside regens, one of which derated me to 5mph and currently have a 5397 code for excessive regens. This is with max mileage in the fuel. I feel totally ripped off!
DELETE YOUR TRUCK and SKIP all this Bullshit!!! STOP taking loads to California. They do NOT deserve to be served!! The Morons over there have screwed YOU and everything in this Country (Not just in trucking).
Replace it with a 60 series Detroit and save thousands on repairs 😂🤣😂
Hello Great video guys. Where is your shop located? Name: Address : State: Bus. Phone #:
🐂💦
How do you become a service partner?
WTF???
HAHA what a joke How much solid wast do they make to keep a little soot out of the atmosphere
Egr and def system is a fucking scam. Damn hippies.
Should this be done as a maintenance service or only if having issues?
That was a lot of dickin around
Does anyone do this service near Tucson, AZ?
We have a service partner map showing where you can get the service performed. We are adding new locations on a daily basis. Thanks! www.diesel-force.com/dieselforce/home/maps
Do they have a shop near Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Will these products work on a 2015 f350 6.7 powerstroke
They need to get rid of the egr and let the scr do its job.
Is this only for big trucks, or will it work on a 2012 VW TDI Sportwagen with the 2.0L turbodiesel? Not that I need a new DPF at the moment (knock on wood), but the car's got almost 190K miles on it, so it's gonna need it eventually... A new DPF is $1,400 just for the part alone, probably another $400 to $600 to install it... If this treatment can be done for, say, $500 to $1,000, that's a big savings... (BTW, the 2012 Sportwagen does *not* have the urea-injection emissions controls on it. That didn't come along until 2015, I believe... It's only a standard cat and DPF.)
Do you run the engine while applying the foam cleaner?
Does diesel force to volvo dd13 engine ? I like what I see, nice way of cleaning the whole system !
Hi Roberto! Yes, our system can service the DD13. Thanks for your interest!
@@dieselforce8969 Volvo is D13 and Freightliner/Western Star is DD13/15/16
From my understanding that the systems will all work perfectly ( I do think they are bullshit and should be removed though ) , and with out trouble . IF the engine does too . I had to have the complete system replaced by Kenworth on my truck good thing it was under warranty , with less that 65000 miles on the truck . Why because I had one bad injector . And that caused all the problems . Then he egr cooler was replaced . Keep in mind all the parts where of a newer design . ( i guess the older design was defective ?) But I do think if that injector didn't fail the older design would have never had to be replaced ? Now as a side question this seems like a lot of work to keep the environment clean . At our expense .
Costly.. inefficient. And doesn't do what could be achieved by simply allowing the motor not to be restricted by filtering particulates.. the real solution to better emissions and less particulates is simple. Get rid of the ela. And government entanglements. And corruption by marketers and politicians lining their pockets. And produce a lower emissions motor very easily. By getting a better gas mileage motor. Simple. Better gas mileage means less particulates in the air. Without killing the engine. Which is what takes place. They can't make a motor go a million miles with the filters and many times they can't warranty the motor for more than a half million miles before the engine blows because of the particulates filters. Many times the motor won't last beyond 200000 miles. I knew a trucker a couple of years ago who lost his Cummings x15 engine after 100000 miles on a brand new paternity. They rebuilt the motor and he had them take the red bullshit off the truck because of that. There's the problem. Plus the Inviromental damage done by using sad is even worse for the environment. Explaining why California has so many problems with wild fires. The sad has pig piss in it and drugs out the atmosphere so much and causes the environment to turn into a matchbox leading to wildfires. And they refuse to see it. Pointing out that you don't see black exhaust out of tailpipe exhaust. Conclusions. Dad systems are a complete Inviromental hazard. And a complete failure. But I'm sure some people have got very rich over it.
Where can I get this done at?
You can get the service done at any of our service partners. www.diesel-force.com/dieselforce/home/maps
😂
Very interesting. I don't think most diesel additives were designed to burn clean at atmospheric pressures though.
In the past I just run that Lucas DPF deep clean 64oz bottle treats basically 120 gallons the first time I did it I bought me two bottles to one on each side let that go through and it at least once a month because I was High idling and it was cold out I put one 64 oz bottle every month just to make sure between that product and Lucas upper cylinder lubricant it would say that I would have to do a Regen I hit the button 5 minutes later it's back at 600 RPM you just need to be proactive on your maintenance and watch everything the only time you realistically doing something like this is when you fucked up but that's my humble professional opinion
EGR is short for integrated built-in failure point. That way you spend more money in the shop:)
Well if the mx-13 wasn't such a piece of shit you wouldn't have to do this
I would love to buy the system
Hi Flatbed Trucker, thanks for reaching out to us. We have multiple machines and adapter sets. Pricing may vary depending on the vehicles you plan on servicing. Feel free to contact one of our Diesel Force team members at 866-204-9801 or email us at info@Diesel-Force.com
Just delete the system
How is it working for you I deleted 1 of my trucks emissions but its stalling going up hill and haven't been able to fix and the other 1 is working but its power is getting slower by the day
Mario Trevino The place I went to to get the delete system didn’t do a good job I had to go somewhere else who actually knows what they’re doing because when they hook up the computer they can’t read anything but I am getting .5 mile more per gallon
@@MarioHernandez-bx3mr Nice that's what I'm going through with truck I got deleted lol and check engine light
Mario Trevino Check out diesel spec.com
That looks like an expensive treatment. Cheaper to delete once and your good for a lifetime.
Mike Mike , LOL 😂 THEY don’t do that any more:( EPA locking everybody up :( I hurt if you delete the DPF , the Dealers not going to touch a truck
If u delete what about DOT ... ????
Mihail G have your own shop or learn how to fix your own truck.
@@edgarvazquez2486 need to defund dot they are just there to extort money from drivers
Yeah makes want to get the ftl instead of the paccar. Great motor but I’ve heard horror stories on the kenworth/peterbilt dpf system. Seems like ftl has it figured out.
I bet money those engines will run and breath way better without the emission crap junk...farm boy get its hands on those new engines all emissions stuff will be out heading to the metal recycling plant...
Hi, All! For Diesel Force service locations, please visit www.diesel-force.com/dieselforce/home/maps. Thanks!
How does this product affect lubricity? It looks like dish washing liquid to me.
Our service, on some occasions, can get into the oil pan. This is why an oil change must be performed after the service is complete. Thanks!
If that truck only had 150,000 miles and the egr looked like that their system is terrible
To be clear, that was a truck that had not used our system in the lifetime of the engine until this point. Using our service at regular intervals will ensure that the EGR system will not get to this point.
How much does this cleaning service cost
I have a paccar mx-13 how often should I do this service to keep me out of the shop
I cant believe I've never heard of or seen this before.
