I never knew about the lore of Bionicle until recently. It's absolutely amazing. For a lot time, I thought that the name made no sense "Biological Chronological"? What? But now that I know the truth about the Great Spirit Mata Nui. I realize that it is his Chronicle, and most of which is about those in his "biology".

Why is trailbreaker always dying in fan series, it's getting really really annoying. Trailbreaker deserves better he's got so much potential for a main character role And I'm not saying this series is bad or anything just that I'd rather that bot just be a nameless nobody. He's not even called by name and he doesn't use his force field power. This series is still absolutely phenomenal tho

Should have left it in the movie

This reminds me of the same merciless behavior in Bonecrusher in TF07. Transit and Bonecrusher are basically the same. Both act like monsters and revel in killing. Both deserved their death and both had died at the hands of Optimus.

To be honest, I hated that the story changed to have Makuta being a brotherhood rather than Mata nui's actual brother. I had always thought that they were the same entity at first. Left side of the brain vs the right side. Life vs death. One cannot exist without the other. That was the reason why Makuta put Mata Nui to sleep rather than killing him. In the final battle in the spirit world, the original 7 toa would be fighting alongside Mata Nui when they find out the truth. Hesitanting when they find out that killing Makuta would also kill Mata Nui. Mata Nui makes that choice for them. He forgives Makuta and accepts the consequences of his other half. Mata nui merges with Makuta to become whole. With his final act he restores Spherus Magna and fades away along with the mask of life.

love it the impact shots are so good, the lack of fast paced animation is made up with heavy impact shots, makes them feel so weighty

Wow I wasn’t expecting anything that good but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I actually much prefer how this played out over the official version. I like the how transit introduces himself by transforming before combat instead of ramming Optimus in bud form. I like the close up shots of their faces and the fight sequence overall. I especially liked the change to the end. It makes transit and the Decepticon’s come off as far more evil/irradeemable villains. Plus it kinda justifies Optimus being more brutal and kind of an a-hole. I overall hated ROTB but that scene with transit would have made the film more tolerable to watch. But your recreation of it in my opinion is far better than what they came up with

I actually met up with Michael Dorn this weekend and only today after returning did I discover this video. I really really really wish I found this video last week.
