England has very diverse cultures. I like it, but a lot of people around me don’t, there’s unfortunately a lot of people who don’t see people, they see their own biases. I don’t go outside anymore, but it looks pretty rough out there these days, good luck 😅. Our comedy is good though, IT Crowd, Inbetweeners, Mighty Boosh, and our music though I don’t know what happened to indie music…. And I like our countryside.

I think when desiring anything the issue seems like it’s in not having the object of desire however I think the real issue is more subtle and that is the feeling like you need something, not being content with what is. Desires are endless and we trick ourselves into thinking we can get what we desire and then that will be it, as if our desires are what we need to be happy and content, but it will never come because to have desired objects and circumstances is to have desire itself, desire imo should be in sync with the present moment, spontaneous and achievable, future desires can still be sought but just not with true importance, to overtake the contentment of the present is a mistake, gratitude and acceptance must be cultivated before attempting to move things around “out there”. And as all desires end because all is in ever changing motion and impermanence no nest should be made in this world as the foundations aren’t always going to be there, to be a good traveler you have to pack light. This doesn’t mean you can’t have things as most will believe, it means you have to be careful not to be attached and dependant on things, attachment is a mental relationship, you could be a king or a queen and flow effortlessly through this life. Thank you for another lovely video. And yeah, you do look good too 😊

I feel the same, I also feel homesick for a place that I’m not even sure exists, like a home that isn’t this world, I feel like I want to return there and rest but I have no evidence that this place exists at all. Having said that, I think the issue stems from our tendency to convert reality into what it is not, words and concepts, we probably feel like outsiders because on some level we are aware that this is all just an act and a story, and our words cut the world up and make us feel separate and distinct, so… I know all belongs, but my head is full of dreams that distract me from my subtle peaceful stillness. Thank you for this video, you’re very intelligent and your passion for reality is very attractive and nice to see 😊

Lovely (heh) video from the beginning till the end. Love the soft and romantic coloring, love how you utilize creative visual direction and editing for storytelling. That letter for your future love segment is so dreamy and endearing. It reminds me of Laufey’s “Dear Soulmate” which was her letter for, yep, future soulmate, so I wonder if the song had any inspiration on that. From one hopeless romantic 23 year old who’s never been in love to another, I relate so deeply to the part when you said that you know full well what its like to love, and be loved by, your friends and family. “I’m not in a hurry and I know that you’re not either.” Beautiful. Maybe you’re a hopeful romantic after all. Also I didnt notice on my first watch that you did the pinky swear to finger hearts in the intro thats so cuteeeee
