The Only Exception is when I tried using some sockeye, it just was too thin and I don't know if it's not enough fat content, and came out okay but not velvety, just kind of dry and Flaky. My coffee is very strong. At the same time, I can only distinguish whether it is sour or bitter. But some shades of flavors are not felt, as when cooking in a jezva. Strong concentration, hides all flavors. At least that's how I feel. That's why I dilute the coffee with hot water.

    • @ImpossiblyKosher

    Try Basmati rice instead. It's grains remain intact and don't get mushy like Jasmine rice does. Jasmine is great when cooked alone and topped with a recipe but is best not stored in frig and reheated. Fact check this.

      @ImpossiblyKosher 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m not the biggest fan tbh of basmati rice. I agree though about reheating jasmine rice. But we eat quite a bit so virtually always having some fresh. But, when the rice has a sauce, it warms up nicely without being strange.
