What a lot of people seem to forget is that the real kicker with the Story Of Adidon wasn’t that Drake had a secret son all along, but that the mother of the child was a PORNSTAR. What Pusha T exposed more so than anything was the squeaky clean image and lifestyle Drake was perceived to have at the time was far from what he was portraying. Having a child isn’t that big of a bombshell, but having a child with pornstar who accused you of being a deadbeat father, all while trying to clean up her image and scrub any details of her past so that he could reveal his son with a planned Adidas line…yea that’s an AWFUL look.

Eminem should stop this battle rap and trying to catch smoke with the younger generation. No need to prove himself, we know he still got it. . He should lean more on the "Mockingbird" type of sound. At his age, he should be spitting gems, he should be telling us of how it's like to be in his position as a legend in the game, and how it's like adjusting to old age as a rapper. I hope with this upcoming album he'll tone it down and really sit us down and give us wisdom.

Growing up listening to Eminem was a different experience then whats out today he may not be as edgy but still putting out better bars than most of the more popular rapper today I will listen to Eminem even after he stops putting out new tracks. Who cares about the new gen we the ones paying for them to have an uneducated opinion in the 1st place.

I don’t hate Eminem. He was my favorite rapper in 8th grade, him and Fred Durst were the only rappers I listened to. I think that sort of thing went a long way in making him uncool: when basically every lame, angry white victim guy you know has the same favorite favorite rapper, and it’s a guy who you already didn’t really think was that cool, it’s going to make you not like him. He also does have a long history of being like more of a bigot than average in an era and a genre known for its shocking bigotry, hasn’t really fully apologized for it, and his style of of diss rapping where he just hits you with endless, overly complex entendres about his rivals being gay has kind of fallen out of favor. Like, I feel like in a beef today, his opponent would just bring up how much he beats his wife and what a shitty, absent father he is, and people would kind of see it as a valid point and not think he was a cool guy for it.

The reason I stopped liking eminem was because he didn't stop while he was ahead. If he had just gracefully retired as one of the goats he would be loved by many and would have his spot in the rap hall of fame like all the other old rappers that retired. He could have been doing movies, guest appearances, maybe have his own show, and maybe a little song or two to strike up some hype once in a while like what snoop and ice cube did a little while back. I really hope he does retire soon with what he has left.

He is overrated, not extremtly but he is. I listen to superman drug ballad in the car all the time, music BLASTING i dont care what other people think when they see me. But none the less his last great work was encore (maybe im just being nostalgic) but i dont remember anyone asking to play em in the club or at a bar or less a house party. Unless im with friends my age theyll want to play em (his older stuff) so is he overrated? Yes. BUT em has put in his mark in hip hop. I dont agree with all that "em is a guest" because he comes from a similar background we do in the ghettos so we can relate.
