I feel like I'm the only person who genuinely enjoys Vivienne. I think she's secure, intelligent, thoughtful, progressive, and assertive. I'm surprised everytime I see someone rage about her, or talk about wanting to "call her on her bullsht" but I seriously don't know where they think she's gone wrong??

This makes me realize that Solas saw Vivienne in the same way that he saw the Evanuris.

So many of these pieces of dialogue are so revealing once you know who Solas really is. Him being obsessed with what was because he feels guilty about destroying it. He feels guilty about Sera not being in touch with Elven culture for the same reason, no doubt. Him trying to figure out if Sera still has some connection to the fade because once there was no veil. Him wanting Sera to develop her organization into one that takes down the nobles, because he created an organization to take down his ruling class.

So wrong we can punch the other 2 mages but not her!!!!!!! LET US PUNCH VIVIENNE

I would have expected Varric, of all the people, to actually understand Sera's organisation. It's not hard. They're not a formal organisation, they just kick back however they can. And 'more organisation' just means a greater chance of the whole thing getting ripped to shreds. Sera's group has their place, it's not useless just because it doesn't solve everything. Throwing sand in the cogs is just as important as the big revolutions.
