@@FancySl after downloading assets, in Blender go to gscatter assets, in there click install option, then you can select your downloaded assets then it will be in your assets folder, I said this in the video

If the grass is too big then you can make it into a collection and use that in geometry nodes, then you can reduce the grass size in there and rotation also you can adjust in geometry nodes, did u tried it in geometry nodes

That shorts is about gscatter is not properly working in blender 4.2 so I came up with a solution and told in so there. You said after press scatter selected nothing happens, that is the problem now we are facing in Blender 4.2 for that I came up with two possible solution. Go to blender website, scroll down to the last you will find download column, in that click previous version, that will take you next page, in there click download any blender, that will take you to all versions on blender, then you can download any blender versions you want.

In which part you are facing problem

@@KailashTutorials The random value nodes do nothing. I scattered a tree object from my asset library with GScatter. It scatters fine, but the trees are all the same. In GScatter only Distribution works. Randomizing scale or rotation do not work. So I tried your solution. But maybe I did something wrong.

Did you connect the random value to rotation in instance of points, and same goes to the scale too, connect random value to scale then change the values. After this also you are facing the problem, now I have uploaded a full video about how to overcome the problem with gscatter in blender 4.2, i accidentally found 2nd solution too, you can watch that video, it will help you to overcome whatever the problem your are facing. After watching that video also you face any problem, tell in comments i will help you

Are you using the help of geometry nodes or you are changing the values of distribution, scale and rotation in gscatter itself, because in my shorts I told using geometry nodes only that's why I'm asking

There is a add on in blender bool tool it is default in blender enable it and you can use it easily.
