Simple 4-Ingredient Mont Blanc Recipe: Quick & Easy with a Microwave!

◆ Ingredients
・2 Cookies : 10g
・Heavy cream : 200ml (3/4 cup)
・Granulated sugar : 60g (1/4 cup)
・Sweet chestnuts : 200g (1 cup)

◆ Instructions
00:00 - Prepare two cookies
00:36 - Add sugar to the heavy cream and whip it
01:20 - Put the whipped cream into a piping bag
01:27 - Pipe the cream onto the cookies
01:44 - Heat the sweet chestnuts in the microwave
02:03 - Mash the heated sweet chestnuts with a fork
02:38 - Sieve the mashed sweet chestnuts to make them smooth
03:29 - Add sugar and heavy cream to the sweet chestnuts and mix well
04:43 - Put the chestnut cream into a piping bag, pipe it
