We worked our butts off to start our adventure around Australia. We sat down, made a plane, set goals and made deadlines.
Now it is reality.
There will be challengers along the way, especially with a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo, Miss Woody and two dogs Dude & Harley, partners in crime. We want to share with you the Shenanigans & tips that come with travelling with such a family.

Welcome back to another Woodys Bumnut Campers Video, where Our Journey Takes Us........ through , South Australia and along the Nullabour.
It's a quick trip this time and only a short video on the adventures we had along the way.
👉 We camp at Lake Leake, 30km from Mt Gambier in South Australia, paddle boarding with the dogs on the lake and riding the mountain bikes.
👉 We see the most gorgeous Blue Lake smack bang in the centre of Mount Gambier
👉 Travel across one of many pink lakes around Port Augusta, not as pink as they normally are due to the weather.
👉 Check outa bit of history along the way with interesting ostrich story
👉 Travel along the longest straightest road in Australia, 90mile long
👉 Spend time on the Great Australian Bight and see sealift at its best
👉 Check out some sensational beaches down at Esperance
We had so much fun BUT!!!!! we had to do it too quickly and so we will be back to do it slower because it is a beautiful part of Australia

I have only just found your videos and look forward to seeing more. Thanks for showing this area and what the roads are like. Don't think we'll straddle the tree though :-) This is on my list to visit next year (October or thereabouts), with hubby and dog in tow, but wasn't sure about conditions. Will definitely stay on the list now :-)

G'day guys....Well done... I live in St.Marys and from my back door the first thing I see every morning is South Sister . It's awesome up there . There is also North Sister further across which is wonderful but over time the trail has disappeared and nobody seems to care . It was an epic trail once . Also is St Patricks Head that overlooks St.Marys as does Mt Elephant and the Mt.Nicholas Range ..Mountains everywhere and why some crowd hasn't done something about all this beggars belief .. Thankyou for doing your great Tassie vids , love your pets and love your passion ...Top notch ...Cheers
