For low pressure hoses: softwashing, window cleaning, downstreaming. Any hose that goes on a barbed fitting basically, especially a poly braid hose that is a little stiffer…but soft hoses like flexzilla, flextral, and kuritek too.

Sweet setup ! I also have an enclosed trailer and I’ve worried about putting the washer too close to the sidewall because of the heat from the muffler. How close are yours to the wall ?
Sick set up, might have to go to enclosed
Well done!
@@DavidSunshineAquaWash thank you!
Nice set up!
I’m digging the enclosed setup
@@KentuckyWashPros thanks brother!
well done Mister, top notch setup bro!

@@MikeWho_MikeJones thanks so much!
Eliminate the soap valve i did on mine less air leaks
Awesome rig. Did you run each machine water supply line from the top of the tank ot the main bulkead on the bottom? I also have 3 machines to plumb on an IBC tote looking for best way. Thanks!!
@@jaredzeno main bulkhead on the bottom. Though I do think there was some minimal loss of flow if there were more than one machine running at a time. But I didnt have a need for that so I can’t be sure.
Where did you purchase that filter to the line at the bottom of the tank? Thanks.
@@davelou23 absolute chemical and equipment in Nashville.
i dont understand the necessity for the banjo valves. could you please explain why they are needed?
@@Patman84 because I am using the same supply lines for both manifolds. I switch between whether they are feeding the P40 or the 24v. Doing it this way also means I can’t run both at the same time, but since I’m a one man show that’s ok for me.
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 oh ok. so if im building roughly the same setup and i just run a standalone line to each i dont need to buy banjo valves. ty for the info!
Wow for us that are building our rigs ,your video is so interesting 😅 great work man lots of good ideas
Great video!!! THE GODFATHER OF INSTALLS!!! I will get there with hard work and dedication.
Ever had any issues with adding a uniseal and water from the rain making its way through the uniseal into the sh tank?
@@juniorbiel24 I have not. If any water did manage to get in it would not be enough to even notice a difference in potency, unless you literally had an open hole with a steady stream of water falling into it.
I dig the funeral home signs. Any significance to them? I have a few myself. My dad is a mortician lol
@@TDiller419 I’ve been in and out of the haunted attraction industry for over 20 years….one of the few momentos I was able to hang on to. I’d love to open up one that is 100% my own again one day. If you’ve got stuff to get rid of let me know! lol
what is the irrigation /drain pipe in the tank?
@@rubenzavarce4816 to prevent sloshing when driving with some water in the tank
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 thank you, is this very common? It is a good idea. I am going to use it
@ it depends on the size and type of the tank, but if you travel with water it can take its toll on your transmission.

Gonna be nice build when you’re done bro 💪🏻💯 Keep Washing!! Hope your season good and next season is even better 💯

@@Kyle8912-s9z it’s sure does. Working on my knees the past few years in the gravel driveway has finally paid off lol
I just found your videos and I have been in the industry for over 10 years. I must admit I respect your tips and advice very much. You do not try to over complicate or over explain. You are straight to the point and explain on what is important and always tips from your own personal experience and wisdom. This is so beneficial and I wish more TH-camrs were as wise as you my friend. Thank you for doing what your doing and you have really out done your self on refining your builds. I appreciate you more than you know and hope you keep making more and more videos 🙏🏼💯
@@LowkeyCatDaddy thank you brother, that means a lot to hear.
Can't wait to follow this build
What size hose did you use on the supply side and where did you find that big filter you put in line. More flow from supply is what I need. Thanks in advance
@@davegarcia294 I used 3/4” zero g hose to feed from the spigot. After my cam lock is 1” spa hose. The filter came from Absolute Chemical & Equipment in Nashville. I can’t emphasize enough how much I gained from just bypassing the reel.
Great content! Are you planning to purchase a HD truck for towing?
@@samsonitepaintingmorellc7383 thank you. Not at this time. My 2017 GMC 1500 has the 6.2L so plenty of power to pull. Trailer brakes make it stop on a dime. And I just ordered a set of helper bags that give up to an extra 5k lbs of capacity.
I like it! Currently running an open trailer but leaning towards an enclosed and getting it wrapped.
@@7SMS7 I’m discovering so much more room in the same footprint. Plus keeping it safe from the elements…I don’t think I’ll go back open
Nice equipment you got there. Looks like that comet pump may have some water in the oil?
@@IFix-Things good catch! I had just drained it, and there was little moisture in it. I’ve only had it for 6 months and this was the first fluid change…I’m hoping it will not return.
Awesome video! Makes me want to redo my mini trailer, haha
@@briantorsell if it increases productivity and/or efficiency it’s worth it.
I don't like trailers. I started with a trailer and moved to a truck with a skid, loving it. I can see a van build in the future and only way I'll go back to a trailer is for commercial work with hot unit.
@@pro-powerwash I can see that. However I use my truck for multiple other things that wouldn’t be feasible for me to be stuck with a skid in it 24/7. I have a second enclosed trailer for doing interior floor work. I also have open trailers for transporting equipment and car stuff. Using 1 truck for everything I don’t have multiple vehicles to maintain, insure, and keep plates for.
Hi Mr. Mr Quick question, could you make a video showing how your majoring vows work for downstream system? I see you have a few valves hooked up to a manifold for your downstream system.
very clean setup! why not put the water tank and bleach tank perpendicular( in line with the walls)?
@@georgeyost7011 what you are referring to would them being parallel with the walls, which was the original plan I had…but I actually have more usable space this way. Also having them perpendicular (this way) will result in far less sloshing force with the forward/reverse movement of the liquids inside.
Thanks for sharing, I am saving up for a trailer.
Nice work shop.
@@kkutube1972 thanks!
Did you get the trailer custom build?
@@kkutube1972 yes. It was a standard 14’ v-nose. I requested 5k axels, 12” OC studs and floor, as well as the two wider front side doors
Man I wish I could weld!
@@NeptuneWashPros it’s never too late to learn!

is that a norwesco tank?
@@acaisadventures1062 yes it is
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 im going with the same exact tank but the 250 gallon version for my van build
Wooo lets goooo! been super excited to see this series
I like the zero G but hard to repair. The weak spot is at the connection.
Can wait to see and follow the build.
You can bypass the "KILL SWITCH" they put on the 24v, and it will solve the power issue. 🍻
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 I figured there’s a way to do that…I just haven’t dug into it yet. Have you done it?
SESW did a video about year ago on how to bypass the kill switch on that 24v
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 Yeah, on a 5.5 version. It's pretty simple.
@ do you have a link to that video? I can’t seem to find it
Where do you get the mounting blocks for the reel bypass?
They are just 3/8” unloader blocks. Most of your pressure washing suppliers carry them.
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 Thanks man!
That's one hell of a rig some good ideas! Nobody uses soap thanks to Joe lolol :)
Good input on the changes that you made on the trailer. I'm looking forward to the enclosed trailer build !
With your bleach drop tube, do you have a hose clamp on the barb or just snugly fit?
@@justingedda4845 just snugly fit
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 thanks bro! Nice build
Great trailer, where did you get the signage on the side of trailer?
@@dsemenenko0 thank you! My buddy has has local sign shop
my issue with Flexzilla was that the hoses' exterior became very sticky and gooey and it cant be cleaned off ... but i love the lightness and flexibility of the hose ...
Your all lucky to be able to set up a trailer. Where I live, you would never find space to park a truck and trailer. When I do my build I am doing a van. If I did a truck, the equipment would be too exposed to thieves.
How long did it last?
Hi, How did you secure the filter to the tube at the bottom of the bleach tank?
Your top says licensed. What kind of license do you have.
