Daily in India, two people DIE by falling into open manholes and sewers.
At midnight along an unlit sidewalk, while lost in thought and minding his business, Matt didn't see the open sewer and fell into this pit.
The result is an ankle fracture. With immediate changes to plans, Matt can't travel but will use India for medical tourism.
