one hour version, when
Wow well done! The sense of scale is really working for me. All the little details like ships traversing the city are great.
Whoooah, this was incredible! Well done! 🔥
That is amazing.
So many things happening here :) Good job! Have you used RNDR to render this in Octane?
thanks! yeah, it's real cheap and fast
Sencillamente genial
❤❤
Beautiful!!
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! thanks a lot man
I feel like I got stick bugged)
did you have the 4k one?
It looks nice, but it looks a bit too light. In animation, can't feel the weight at all, or that it's a big, powerful machine
😎😎😎😎😎
AWESOME. Would love to have some Insight in your workflow. Did you Kitbash or did you model every single piece?
I always do it the hard way
hey quick question why is the color on the color ramp different on the output materials?
This video doesn't go into enough detail to proper explain. Honestly feels clickbaitish, since he said he was going to explain modifiers and never does. Seems like a funnel to patreon.
Thaaaanks!! This was helpful, I did a modified version of this to create a n aerosol spray effect.
Amazing work! Is the texture available for Patreon subscibers?
thanks, I believe I've packed it inside .blend file
hi i dont have the option images as planes to import... help? tysm
it's an addon please google
Very good workflow!
Hello Marcel, it’s been a while since since i tested your toon shader but I’ve always struggle with round objects like a head of a character, when the shader is applied to it it’s just like multi-color and it looks kind of weird. Do you know how to solve that problem ?
well, on soft surfaces I don't use normals, just do solid colors or color ramps with layer wight node. thats it :)
@@MarcelDeneuve thanks i will test it that way !
How do you make the cables thicker and not just one thin line?
select ur cable in edit mode and press alt+s or alt+a in order to adjust thickness
great tutorial, man! i didn't understand the part with normals 1:19 - what is JS placement?
just google it :)
Very effective and we'll executed concept! Thank you for sharing!
Amazing🔥🔥🔥
Any idea who to create these textures for toon shader while having outlines like this image: pbs.twimg.com/media/FRM-BJhVgAAOM1K?format=jpg&name=4096x4096
So good!
The displacement and bump effect is not working in my blender the surface is still flat what should I do, I have blender 3.0
do you see the "bumps"? I mean do you see this texture on the surface?
@@MarcelDeneuve slightly
@@uniqueleogamer8360 you prabably scaled the plane too much.
Thank you very much.
Do you remember what you used to displace the object in the displace modifier?
Thank youuuu
Thank you for sharing, I didn't understand it much but it looks sick.
very much helpful!
hey Marcel! why do we start with a plane?
I'm just used to it, you can also use cube but in this case you will have to delete more vertecies
Great Video! Also tips that you don‘t find everywhere
this might one of the most simple tutorial i`ve seen so far, 1 question here, is it possible to change the world texture? from sky texture to hdri from texture haven
Instead of sky TX use Environment tx
@@MarcelDeneuve thanks for the response
Can you make another tuto on this
Let's pay our respects to the cameraman who went to outer space to take a 11 second shot
Thank you for a simple yet comprehensive tutorial! I really need some holographic effect for my 3D cyberpunk city! Cheers!
Can you upload a tutorial on how you made the Lost City of Z workflow please? ( blender + photoshop)
I'll make it next year :)
The way it was presented, I could see this being a bit confusing for a beginner. But I understood it, and I liked the results. Thank you.
It's very confusing even when you've been using Blender for years...
Thanks much ! <3 First #NFT DROP
I personally can't get the color to work right, when following this setup, my colors don't match the color ramp and end up being pink, yellow, green, and blue which looks awful. Any idea on how to solve this?
try different operations in math node. Or you can just use photoshop (or native compositor) to adjust colors.
Darn, the final compositing nodes setup is obscured by ads. :(
