amazing job uncle. I'm from Nigeria but I live in America and coming across your video brings much joy. Later I'll show this to my parents to try to convince them to give working out a shot since they're getting older and I want them to still be alive when I'm older. Watching this video really brought joy to me. thank you. also quick tip for squats you wanna go as low as possible while keeping your back straight and maintain good form. don't let how much weight you do discourage you since everyone starts from somewhere 😅

Sure you can, but you need to be on that same visa for at least 5 years in the UK before you can apply for ILR

Good evening sir Please I have completed my 15 care certificate and NVQ3. Tried booking for IELTS, only to find that this month's exam is 22nd and 26th. Should I start applying for jobs or wait till I write my IELTS?
Sure you can start looking for job offer, it's even becoming extremely difficult to get an offer with sponsorship in the UK just of recent due to the high inflation in the country. So the earlier the better

You and the kids can apply together provided your husband consent to it, however, I don't think your sister can come as a dependent irrespective of the age. Dependent can only be your children or spouse. Finally, I really can't say if business visa can be switched to charity visa, I personally have not witnessed it before. So you might need a solicitor for a proper understanding.

Sir, how will you handle an emergency situation or event which requires quick thinking?
As a carer, my responsibility is to enable a safe environment, if the environment is safe, the next action is to escalate and report the issue to the nurse on duty. For instance if a blind person had a fall and I witness the incident, while it is not my duty to lift him up, it is however my duty to make sure the environment is safe for him. Therefore, rather than going to the nurse to report the incident while the resident still on the floor, the best thing to do this time is to ring the emergency buzzer for proper escalation. This will enable me to comfort the resident on the floor and reassure him of his safety while with him

For now, no tax implications, all because the business is still in it small scale, however, if the business can cross the 12000 pouds threshold a year, then I will need to apply for VAT
Hello sir, I applied for Tier 2 visa for my family of 5 and it was rejected due to low score in reading 3.5. I have done my IELTS and better result now and my COS is still valid, can I use it to reapply before it expires? Pls you response will be highly appreciated.
In as much as you COS still valid, you can use it to invite your family within the validity period
Sir I apply for senior care work visa ,but I don't have experience and qualifications so it's ok because I see many fresher get visa from this
Sponsorship is the most important thing, once gotten a sponsor, they will give you all the basic training needed as soon as you are in the system. However, personally, I think it might be difficult to get Sponsorship as a senior carer if you don't have experience in medical line. But I think your best bet is to come as a carer rather than senior carer

It can never be denied due to proximity, however, it's advisable to live close to the organisation because of transport and other reasons. And as regard to dependent visa, you will need to get the maintenance box checked by your employer before you won't need proof of funds, however, if the box is not checked, it's very important to attach your proof of funds. However, if other documents are completed and only proof of funds remaining, it is likely you will be contacted by home office to provide the proof of funds as they know it might be an omission
