My dad thinks he knows🤬 everything my ninja coffee bar is death😭😭😭😭 he wouldnt take the machine apart i wanted to do it myself today but he did it and he dindt want to take the fucking effort to take he machine apart and clean the boiler. I showed him this video and he sayed you don,t have the same just clean it like you normaly would blablabla fuck no iced coffee. I am so fucking mad right now.🤬😡 or i am buying another machine or i fix it myself i am so mad. Put a dark towel in the sink so that you can catch little screws and parts that get dropped so they don’t go down the drain

I have the Ninja coffee bar CF060 and today it gave me the 5 beeps of death wen i was clean it. I don,t have vinegar😭 i need my iced coffee and frappes😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭i did everything you did. I checked the water reservior ectra but that wasnt the problem. I don,t have vinegar. I,ll get some on Tuesday😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 cause tommorow i am not at home. I,m so glad it dindt stopt on me wen i was making my iced coffee😭😭😭😭😭😭 no vegan iced coffees or vegan frappes for a while😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 thank you so mutch for this 5 beeps of death video tip of the ninja coffee bar. I think i now have the same problems whit my ninja coffee machine. Tt happend while i am cleaning it my machine. It gives 5 beeps and it stops pumping water out

Stop using the ninja coffee machines it doesn’t matter what model it is it’s giving cancer very hazardous. Look it up. I threw mine out.

Oh my God I have the same problem as I was cleaning at white residue was coming out. Looks like I’m gonna have to take it apart as well because only a little water comes out and then it stops. Thanks so much. At first I thought maybe someone put baking soda in there to clean it but it’s just white residue

Just did this to one I got from a thrift shop. Had lots of scale inside the boiler, way past the point of brewing vinegar through it. Running the final cleaning cycle now. Seems a bit overly complicated for a coffee pot imo though. 🤔

This was interesting but didn’t work. The boiler had lots of calcium buildup and I cleaned it and everything else. Tried all the other methods on TH-cam and the unit would not even perform the clean cycle. It has a higher tone 5 beeps when it fails the clean cycle (after running hot water for about 5 seconds). Spent too much time on this already. Ninja going in the garbage and getting a simpler coffee maker.

Obviously you have hard water. Run the cleaning cycle once a week or twice a month to avoid having to do this. Or start using filtered or distilled water to make coffee with.

WORKED!!! I got my Ninja for free from a university pantry, and I was so excited to bring it home and show my husband. Only to be greeted by the five beeps. After half a bottle of vinegar and three videos later, your tips did the trick. THANK YOU! Hopefully it stays this way.

Before you go to all that trouble, remove your pot and reservoir… Turn the whole thing upside down over your sink and give your coffee maker a good few hard slaps. That should dislodge a lot of your problems including air bubbles. After that run a vinegar solution through it on the clean cycle. No need to take the whole darn thing apart if you don’t have to. Worked great for me.

We won one of these on the local buy and sell, and I think the reason the people bounced it was because it was beeping. I flipped it upside down and did the pump trick and so far I have had to open it up.

Today, I followed your steps as mine has been down for days, and the inside was full of scale from hard water. Once I cleaned it out and soaked a few parts, it's purring like a kitten!! Thank you so much!!

Thank you for the instructions they were great and it did work!! , one thing to be very careful it is when you put it back together to place the washer on the pump properly if not it will leak ...test for leak before replacing the cover

I simply took the reservoir off, turned it upside down in sink and used my finger to press where the reservoir connects to the valve in the machine and bled all the water out. works good as new. good video though.

Took the two screws out of the boiler..fought to get the pump out to inspect the tube...when i pulled it out...there were yellow plastic pieces from the the plastic cap blocking the hole OUT. Apparently there was a small funnel on the inside of the cap ?? And it decayed and lodged itself into the exit hole ...blocking 75% of the exit. Cleaned out with a bottle brush- ran cleaning cycle with vinegar...then water 3 times... NO MORE BEEP! Thank you so much for posting your video...can't go without my coffee!

Ok so to fix this issue here is what I found. I tried everything and nothing fixed this. What I did was added a cup of vinegar to reservoir. I then ran the clean cycle until I got the 5 beeps and the coffee maker stopped. I then took off the reservoir and that little plunger that is on the base where the reservoir mates pushed it for around a minute. Water will start pouring out of it. Continue to clean it off until you no longer see any water. Fill the reservoir up with 2/3 vinegar and run the clean cycle. If you get all of the way through it then you have fixed it. This a design flaw and bottom line to stay away from these. The issue will come back again. All non Ninja coffee makers I have owned have never had this type of issue. I own the Foodie and it works great but now question if I would ever buy another Ninja product.

Really grateful for the video. I didn’t have the right screwdriver to begin with and it took me a little bit of research to find out that I need T10 precision screwdriver to open it. Other than that your solution worked like a charm. Thank you again for sharing!

A regular screw driver doesn’t work for the srews

Ours has been beeping for days will not do anything I'm about to drive it over with my truck!

You only forgot one thing- the deposits get out of the boiler and go through the plastic pipe into the white plastic impeller chamber, which stops the fan inside from spinning to move water from the tank. The impeller assembly comes apart by screwing it counter-clockwise with both pipes removed. The fan will drop out. Wipe the inside with paper towel, drop in the fan, and put it back together. PS New Jersey girls are hot.

Thanks this worked!!! The only difference is we have the cf100 they use torx screw with a stopper pillar sticking up. I had to Dremel that sucker out but other than that close to the same process.

Nice video, thanks. NOW, can someone help solve the OPPOSITE problem... my Ninja (CF097) has started dispensing LESS and LESS liquid each month. To get the same amount of brew I've had to bump the dial from TRAVEL (16oz) to XL MULIT-SERVE (20oz) and now up to HALF CARAFE (25oz) just to get the same amount of coffee brew. It puts out a LOT of steam & takes longer and longer but only a slow drip comes out. This unit has NEVER had anything in it but pure distilled water (no minerals at all). What is the mechanism that decides how much liquid is dispensed? Is it a timer?

What kind of screwdriver did you use? I can’t find one that fits.

To fix ours I just created a seal with my lips where it feeds water in and blew into it hahaha and it worked!

I've been pushing the brew buttons repeatedly so I can get a pot of coffee for about the last year at least. Your video helped me clean my machine and I'm back in business without having to push the brew button 20 times every morning. Thanks!

Alternative solution: I didn’t have the right screwdriver so I added vinegar a little at a time into the black valve and pressed to drain it into the machine. When it stopped draining I knew it was filled. I let it sit, then ran a clean cycle and it worked! I ran three more clean cycles with vinegar/water mix and two more with clean water. So far so good.

Thank you so much for sharing this video! I was about to donate to recycling Depot when I figured I had nothing to lose to try and fix my machine. I had the same problem with the round casket not sitting right and water was just seeping through like a funnel. Got it right on 2nd try.... so proud of me self! And safe $$$ from getting a new one! 👌👏😁
