Looking for a unique yoga practice that combines strength, mobility, and balance? Join me for this Power Yoga session using a pole (i.e. curtain rod)! We'll focus on leg strengthening, stretching, and balance poses, perfect for recovery after a run or enhancing your fitness routine. Don't have a spare curtain rod? No problem-grab a broomstick, Swiffer, or hockey stick!

I had just seen an IT comment from you on my Solitude course. We all take breaks when things don’t appear to be working. That’s sometimes a call for us to do something different to nurture our spiritual lives. Sometimes it’s a call for us to stick it out through the boredom because it’s pruning us to see God in a more pure light.

I got mine open, took the batteries out, and couldn't remember which way they'd gone in - so thanks for the video, I was able to figure it out. These are fantastic little lights, whatever the brand name. I'm glad I can change the batteries and not have to buy a new light.

FYI, those aren't Nathan lights. Looks like they are from a company called "Apace Vision". Looks similar to the older Nathan strobe lights. Those you can just pop open, no screws to remove.
I honestly thought they were Nathan because the running store (that I got these from) has a wide array of Nathan products.
Hi! I just bought a second hand Suunto smart HR belt and I cannot pair it to my Garmin 735xt watch..I replaced the battery but it still does not work. Are they incompatible?
Try turning off connections to on cell phones. I did that and it paired however I have been unsuccessful at connecting again.

Yes, it does. I often keep my heart rate info as the main screen during my activities so that I know which zone I'm in.
how did you get the pool swim activity on your watch? i couldn’t find mine
it came automatically installed on my watch. If not, you have the option to "add activity" by going to Menu>Settings>Activity Profiles>Add New

Great video! As a road marathoner for the past 5 years, I'm always looking for new tips on motivation, getting stronger and preventing dreaded injuries.
