What are you using for directionals?

What do you have bungee corded to the inside of your wheel and what's that other stuff on the wheel and tire?

You shouldn't have to do this. What if you weren't mechanically inclined? I'd keep that motor core in case it was something else inside of the motor core like a sensor and not the motor core itself.

Looks like your rear fender is bent like mine was, making it difficult to attach the lower rear rack arms. Even having 2 people was probably difficult, I had a heck of a time doing it alone. I've seen several other peoples videos that the same thing had happened to. I emailed them & they sent me a new fender within a week.
