Judge Warns Defendant: "In Prison You’d Be Someone’s B*tch Real Quick"
Today, in Judge Fleischer's courtroom, two intense hearings take center stage. In the first hearing, a man faces charges for interfering with a request for emergency assistance after a heated argument with his girlfriend spiraled out of control. The case delves into the complexities of domestic disputes and the legal boundaries of emergency response. In the second hearing, a man is charged with a DWI while already on bond for another DWI, a clear violation that leaves Judge Fleischer visibly frustrated. The judge’s disappointment is palpable as he addresses the defendant's reckless behavior. In both cases, Judge Fleischer weighs the seriousness of the charges with the responsibility that each defendant has neglected. His final rulings reflect a firm commitment to public safety and the consequences of repeated offenses. "Second chances are not infinite," he warns, as the courtroom listens closely to his measured logic and stern decisions.

Welcome to USA COURT CASES Watch! Your go-to source for court hearings with the backstory! I’m not a lawyer, and I don’t play one on TH-cam, but with degrees in Legal Studies and Research, I’m here to find and share the most compelling court cases with you. While not every case will be a wild, wacky tale of Karen and Kevin, each will offer its own unique intrigue, setting us apart from other LawTube channels. I’ll dive deep into the background and provide the whole story in a way that even Judge Judy would approve of!
As a proud MS Warrior, please bear with me for any minor mistakes; perfection is a tall order, even for Judge Boyd. I admire her, but I prefer to keep it real like Judge Simpson!

First of all Oxycodone was NOT taken off the market! Second, this judge is NOT a doctor and he has no right to tell someone that they can't take something that helps their pain,. Third, Oxycodone is dangerous if it is abused and there are lots of people out there that have taken it ( short term) and been fine getting off and there is medicine to help with getting you off Oxycodone. This judge needs to stick to being a judge not a doctor / parent to these defendants!
