Beef Stew( rough recipe from this video. have fun adding whatever you love)
2 tablespoons coconut oil in bottom of pan( any oil will do)
1 large onion
1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic or 2- 3 cloves fresh garlic
5 sticks of celery
5 medium carrots
5 medium red potatoes
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 small nob of fresh ginger ( or about 1-2 tsp powdered or to taste)

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder ( more if you like more flavor)

2 32FL OZ cartons of chicken, beef or vegetable bone broth or broth
2 1/2 tablespoon of Better than Bullion or more if your heart and nose are telling you so
1/4 C coconut aminos
1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
1. Put oil in pot over medium temp
2.Add garlic. Chop onion and celery and let them simmer and cook while you are chopping the rest of your veggies. Stir occasionally
3. Chop Carrot, sweet potatoes, red potatoes into medium size chunks and put them in the pot with your onions, celery and garlic.
4. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and stir. This is where you can also add whatever other spices sound and smell good.
5. Add broth or stock
6. Add bullion, coconut aminos, liquid aminos and stir.
7. Put lid on and let boil until veggies are softened
8.While your pot is cooking in a medium sauce pan cook your ground beef until cooked through or no pink can be seen
9. Once your veggies and meat are done cooking, add your meat to your soup pot and stir to combine
10. Add any last minute veggies, such as kale or frozen peas as seen in the video.
11. Let boil for about 5 minutes or until your veggies are cooked to desired texture.
12. Serve and enjoy. We like to add a dollop of butter for extra creaminess and flavor.

How much salt
Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't realize I had left that off the recipe. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. It is 4 tsp.
That's so nice of Courtney to help with the garden.. thanks for sharing.
Yes! I am very blessed to have a wonderful friend in her. God is good! Thank you for commenting and connecting 😊

Suggestion use a towel without the plastic that allows the gas to escape during the rising process and produces a lighter loaf
This is amazing advice and information. I did not know this. Thank you so much for sharing
Use a shower cap! Works perfectly and no waste because its reusable @godsgardenbench
@@ginacarr9717 also excellent advice! I love it! Thank you so much

Hello from SW Virginia, just stumbled across your channel while looking for a good bread recipe
Hello neighbor! Thank you for commenting! I hope you love the bread recipe 😋 it is one of our favorites. Honey oat wheat recipe soon to follow
I believe that would be called a cork trivet...??? Maybe?😊
Thank you! 😊😊
Yes that's what I do too! That and save as much as I can! Are you making compost
That's awesome! In recent years, no, I haven't. I'd like to get another spot set up, though. Do you make your own compost? If so, do you have any advice?
@@godsgardenbench we do really cuts down on the money side of things... and between me and you I'm too lazy to do anything with it! So easy to bung it in the compost and hubby spreads it for me once a year! Funny he never questions why I get him to do that but can single handedly cover the rest of the garden myself with horse manure 🤣🤣🤣
That's funny and wonderful!
❤🥰
You are doing a great job. Reusing the soil you already had. Thanks for sharing your garden with. Happy gardening 😊
Thank you so much for the encouragement! It is so greatly appreciated 😊☺️
So adorable!!
I agree with you,i just plant and enjoy the garden..i don't need stress when I'm in the garden.. looking forward to seeing how those plants grow..new friend here.

I have yeast/ but bread machine yeast will that work?
breadandbuzz.com/bread-machine-yeast-vs-active-dry-yeast/ That is a great question! I actually did not know the answer, but this link has a great explanation of what the difference between the yeasts is. My take from it is that bread machine yeast is smaller granules and rises quicker than active dry yeast. It also may not need the initial 10-minute activation time. If it were me, I would try it, but keep an eye on it during that first ten minutes. It may start to get foamy much quicker, in that case, I would start adding my other ingredients sooner than the 10 minutes. I hope this helps. Will you let me know how it works? I appreciate you asking ☺️
I have been looking for a bread recipe and came across your video today. Thank you for sharing it!!

@reneesellers9708 thank you so much. I greatly appreciate the encouragement and connection. I am so grateful to have you, new friend. Welcome!
I did not attach them in any way, just dry stacked and in 15 years with 6 35 foot beds have never had any movement issues. You might skip it next time. Too much work in my opinion for no real problem being fixed.
The only advantage would be a bit less washout and drainage. As far as movement, I would agree that the concrete adhesive would have no effect.
This is really good to know! Thank you for sharing this! Very helpful information
I have been using concrete block raised beds for 15 years. They are awesome
What’s your location? Where do you live? Can I pet your dog? How much is the dog so I can have it and cuddle it
Wtf
An absolutely beautiful view ❤
It really is! We are so blessed 🙌🏻
....also, those Zinnias are blooming great!
Wow, good job Mama Hen - 8 chicks! I can't wait to have poultry on my little farm. I used to breed and show them as a kid, and i just now love the idea of having them around. Your garden looks fantastic, i think, even if it looks different to how you imagined. Thanks for sharing it. :)
I know!! She did a great job! She also adopted the 4 more jersey giant chicks I introduced to her. She is such a good momma hen! Oh I pray you have that again soon! Thank you so much for the compliments on the garden. I deeply appreciate it.

Looking good! I know that's a lot of work! I used pinestraw as a multch around my peppers and a few other plants to try it out last year, and it did great! Can't wait to see your garden in a couple months. 😊

I LOVE this video so much!!!! So proud of you stepping into that scary vulnerable space. I loved seeing you on multiple days stacked together, and also really understand what you're saying about the mom factor. Whenever I am struggling, I am so grateful for the fact that I don't have other people depending on me in that way, and I can not imagine that additional stress. I feel like you are articulating very well about everything, and love that you are doing this 😘😘
Thank you so much for this comment ❤️

Hello 👋👋👋👋🥰
Hello 😊
@@godsgardenbench Hi 👋
Hi. God willing, your garden is beautiful ❤❤❤
Thank you so much 😊
@@godsgardenbench your welcome 🥰
Hi.
Hi Jenny. This is the first time I have seen one of your video's. I know you said you were tested for Lyme's but that isn't always enough. This is a very tricky illness and there are many variations that may not test positive with traditional lab work. Have you ever been tested for mold issues? Both mold and babesia can cause brain fog and fatigue, they are part of the Lyme's illness. Body aches, sleep issues, digestive and skin issues can all go along with this illness. Hair loss is usually a sign of long term stress. You don't need to have had a bullseye rash carry Lyme's. Your initial response of being ill for a month 13 years ago could have been the acute phase. Lyme"s then becomes chronic. I have personal knowledge of this illness and have been through the ringer. The only place I would recommend you get your information and treatment from is a place called LymeStop. Their treatment works, even for long term chronic Lyme"s. There is one located in Wisconsin (Dr. Erlandson) and one in Idaho. I wish you the best. Being chronically ill without an answer sucks. Good Luck and God Bless.
I can't thank you enough for your comment. It means so much that you took the time to send all this info to me. I was tested for Lyme, and it came back negative. I was convinced that's what I had based on other people's experiences with it and the areas of the country I had lived in and was born. I had a friend tell me that even if it came back negative, I could still be positive. That's been nagging in the back of my head since. Thank you again for showing God's love and taking the time to comment.
Hi Jenny, that`s the first video im watching from you. So, I don`t know you and I don`t know why this video was on my home screen. Just right away it came to my mind, that the health problems you are describing could be symptoms of PTSD. Maybe this resonates with you. I wish you all the best! Diana
And another thought was if it's maybe Leaky Gut. I don`t know, if this was already tested.
Diana, thank you so much for commenting and sharing this. I greatly appreciate it and you.
Fantastic first edition!
Thank you so much for watching!
So beautiful! Great job 👏🏼
