What's a diamond turkey, partner?
In the game, different animals have different ratings. Diamond ratings are the highest and hardest to find.
Nice ❤catch on the ultra light gear 👍
If you're going to release him somewhere away from your property that's okay but this kind of trapping and killing wild animals is wrong
Nah. Hard disagree.
What’s wrong ?
Hellbenders, if I'm not mistaken are endangered. If not endangered they are protected heavily. Accidently hooking into one, while being a good thing because there was a hellbender there to accidentally hook isn't what I'm trying to do as a fisherman.
I was waiting for lightning to strike the truck 😂. To be honest though I completely agree, no reason to not let people hunt on Sunday.
And the ssd ?
It's reliable. Ive been able to take the camera out and use it 10-15 times at this point. A review video of the camera is coming fairly soon.
What do you do with the foxes you catch?
Foxes are useful for a number of things. This gray will be sent to the tannery and sewn into a hat when I get it back.
nooooo. you shouldve let the poor thing live. i have never seen any in my life...
How often do you look?
@ fr, Never Seen any in germany
@@jalugamer3515 well that would explain why. There are no skunks in that part of the world.
@ id love to encounter one though
@@jalugamer3515 come to the United States and stay at a campground you'll likely encounter a few. show up about 2 days after everyone leaves from a major holiday like the 4th of July.
That is a very good looking fox
It genuinely is a good gray. There's another one hanging around the same property. Hoping to get a hold of that one too.
Nice!
cool
Small water tank!
Nice!!!
Try a top water broken back rapala. Nice fish and release
Huh,,,,,my longbow doesn't make that noise!😂
Great catch! Glad you released her to grow and produce more. Well done.
Thats not ⅕ the size of the ones I see. 😅
The smaller ones are the best to eat. I've eaten a fair number of them. The older ones definitely get a weird odor or flavor going on and I do know you have to remove the glands on any of them. These things are a serious pest for most people, myself included. Any big adult woodchucks get buried about 18 inches to 2 feet down in my garden in rotating areas during the time of year they are active.
Technically bass is in the sunfish family sooooo you got what you wanted lol just eat that sucker!
2 or 3 pounds tops, not a big bass but a monster on light tackle 🍀🙏🇺🇸
That was cool 😎
Caught many Bass on the blue and white version of that same lure. They loved it.
Those size bass on really light tackle is a hoot!!!
Minnow bass
Nice bass...HOOP
I love finding those small ponds, where no one has fished in years!
I have fished there for centuries mortal. Do not seek it, or you will pay, with your soul.
H&H double spinner. Best bait ever.
A big fish.
One of the best lures is the J-7 double jointed RAPALA….I’ve been using it for over 50 years….
I don't know why people think they have to use anything besides a 1/4 oz leadhead and a grub to catch Crappie.. Bass will hit them too
You mean a 1/32 ounce trout magnet jig and a Gulp! Minnow
Not a bad 3-1/2 or 4 lb Bass
I made the MISTAKE of lipping a Bass with a lure in it's mouth, ONE TIME. It shook violently and those little rapala hooks went in my finger joint, and DESTROYED the use or that finger forever. Don't be stupid, get a BOGO grip or something other than lipping it. Believe me,you only THINK you can control a Bass. I regret it to this day.
You also shouldn't hold a bass (especially bigger ones) by the mouth vertically. You always need your other hand underneath it supporting it. Otherwise you dislocate its jaw and its mouth will never fully close, making it much harder for it to eat.
@@seanp9157 Excellent advice,and I will remember it.
Very good comment and advice. I creek fish a lot and most of what you catch are 1 lbs 1-1/2lbs. My GF goes with on occasion, and I had caught a decent rockbass. They fight good and shake a lot also. I was going to lip it and it was still shaking hard and I jerked my hand back. She said “what’s wrong?” and I said getting that 3 prong roaster tail hook buried in my hand is what’s wrong. It’s happened a few times but not as bad as you described losing finger function
nice fish...great job.....great lure.....
I'll take it every time, heck with pan fish 🐟 😇🙏
Sounded all disappointed. LOL
Don't get me wrong I was happy to catch the fish but I've fished this pond my entire life (and I've probably hooked that girl a few times haha) the pond is about 110 years old at this point, I probably have more hours on this body of water than anyone else in it's entire 110 year long history. That being said it's not much of anything to go and land a 20+ incher there. Doesn't matter if it's through the ice, hot, cold, storming, or anything if you put the right stuff out there you'll nail one. I don't start flipping out about these bass in this pond until they get over 23. The biggest one I've ever seen come out of there was one I caught through the ice when I was a little kid it was 24.5.
@@Kayceesoutdoorliving Well that explains the non excitement of that catch when normally on YT when grown men are yell in’ like a school boy…..’oh it’s a big one! It’s a hog!’ And as they’re reeling it in….’ It’s over 5 lbs! Well at least it’s a 3 lb..er, uh well it fought like a big un……uh …ehhh. Well at least it’s a Bass.’ Then they toss it back in as if it didn’t matter. Thanks for the back ground behind it all. Man, too funny.
Is this going to be an alcohol? Looks good😊
Yes it will be hard cider when finished.
@Kayceesoutdoorliving Yum. Looking forward to finding out how it turns out. 🙂
STOP PUTTING YOUR DRY HANDS ON A FISH MAN I SWEAR TO CHRIST I WISHED SOMEONE WOULD TEACH PEOPLE WHO WANT TO FISH AT LEAST THE MINIMUM OF KNOWLEDGE LIKE N. O. T. PUTTING THEIR G D DRY HANDS ON A FISH SCIENCE HAS KNOWN ABOUT DRY HANDS ON A FISH FOR OVER A HUNDRED YEARS AND IGNORANCE IS STILL MARCHING ON
Please go away and never post again.
It's literally my families pond so I'll handle the fish. I've probably caught that fish several times in its life. If i'd caught her through the ice there's a good chance I would have cooked and ate that fish btw. Also there's nothing stopping you from starting a TH-cam channel about proper fish handling. By all means fight the ignorance.
Ok, so, a 3 to 4lb bass is what you call big? Try some S.FL. bass fishing and you'll change what you call big. A nice bass though...Peace
She's skinny for the size of her head. That pond needs bait fish!
Thanks Bro!!! Whenever you need some more baits just holler Those are the BC Balltail
The crappies in this pond tear those things up.
I wouldn't classify that lure as "tiny", but a nice catch nonetheless!
He’s using a lighter rod for that fish
Nice
Definitely helps land fish before they can jump off the hook
You need a net

That salamander thing was GIANT!!
Eastern hellbender. They are the largest salamander in PA. They are also endangered. Not my intention to catch it at all but these things happen.
