Hello Eric, great build and very attractive color selection on your dad’s build. I hate to admit it but I can remember when those cars were new! I wish someone would release a 73’ Chrysler Newport! Never gonna happen but we can always wish! I sincerely hope and pray for your father’s health and full recovery. I hope that your family is going to be well also. Again, great build as always and looking forward to the next chapter.

I hope your Dad gets better soon, and gets to see the model the way he wanted it built. The '66 Buick Riviera was just recently re-released by AMT, and I picked one up Friday.

Love the color combo and the wheels look great on it. The color reminded me of my dad's 73 Malibu back when I was a kid. Thanks for bringing back some memories for me.

Kewl stuff going on Eric. I'm diggin the 58 Chevy Impala and the one from back in the day.

If you have a chance to attend the Akron Show next month, I may see you there. I'll be trying to make that one and the Detroit Show in November. I haven't built a new kit in 50 years, but have been starting a kit collection and hope to get something done this winter.

Nice 58 Eric, I always loved it's opening doors. The metal hood hinge is very tough to install.😮

That VW kit is a very nice kit and builds up into a good looking replica. Good luck with the job hunting.🙏🏻

I plan on building one in my stash. Just dug it out. Been 8yrs since I built a kit. Yours looks good. Hopefully mine comes out close to yours.

Great video Eric. I hope your dad is feeling better. Also hope you find a new position that you like soon. I'll keep you and dad in my prayers. The '58 Impala is an excellent kit. You're correct to the best of my knowledge the first '58 Chevy kit was the SMP curbside. I think the original 3-1 came out in '62. Maybe some of the community can check me on this. To the young man who is looking for the Happy Days Chevy. This is one kit I do not have. Shouldn't be to hard to locate. Enjoy your week and try not to stress too much Eric. Be well and God bless.

Thanks for Sharing Eric, I'm going over 3yrs plus with this hobby and I got hooked on Car Kits after building my 1st car kit (sense 10 yrs old) 2 yrs back and I'm Hooked on Just building car kits. Can't Shake it. But my dream car kit is a Revell 1/25, 54 Chevy Happy Days kit. My Question, Do you think It'd be a bit Rude if I asked you Car Kit TH-camrs if you had one to sell?
