    I tested my solenoid it has resistance my battery is at 12.3v but the second pole when i hit the button im only seeing 2 or 3 Volts to it with the multi meter does this mean the solenoid is bad or the ground is bad or something in between i took all wires off and wire brushed them clean, there was some white build up on the Positive terminal I noticed 3 days ago while trying to dump it had just stopped midway then I cleaned it everything worked but battery was low now i charged battery up it wont dump just clicks previously was getting magnetized on the poles now they are not magnetic. I loosened the hydraulic valves to try and relieve the pressure on both sides then tested the motor with the switches off and fluid was flowing so im stumped here is it likely the motor itself is shot or something else?

    Help im trying to put my pump back in and I can’t find out how two grounds go to the trailer and end up on the battery. I have the two both sides grounded from the metal of the trailer so the other side to the other side of the pump to the trailer. Where is the battery negative supposed to come from ?

      I think you must be talking about something other than what is in the video above

    Clicking can also be a bad or burned contact in the hand control? My current issue seems the relief valve won't lift the same load as previous. Not sure how to check or what to check?

    Do you know what the weight capacity is using the forklift? I mainly need it for moving stones and pavers so the forklift attachments is what i need. buying the other attachment could come later though. yo can do a lot with one machine, thanks.

    Hey man. Nice machines .. can u talk to us about twin stick steering vs single joystick . I'm on the fence which is better ? Thank you

      @michaeldavis3188 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry for the slow reply budd, I would say twin stick is definitely the way to go. I wasn't a huge lover of the single for tight areas. It will be great especially when putting a track back on it will be much easier to move one side of the macine independently.

    We just installed the Pole Pal USA 7pc Dump Trailer Wiring Set on our PJ Dump Trailer and couldn't be happier! Their kit uses 2 gage wire and Anderson quick connects. We have tried adding a solar panel but it still wasn't enough. We have 3 work trucks and 3 trailers (dump, equipment and enclosed) and plan to install the truck side wiring on all 3 trucks and the trailer side wiring on all 3 trailers. It is the best solution I have found by far! We will use the trucks battery and alternator to supply power to the pump on the dump trailer, winch on the equipment trailer and interior lighting, outlets and accessories on the enclosed trailer.

    So with my BWise trailer I noticed that remote control or the wall control unit would just click when attempting up/down and then shut off. Battery was charged to 100% 12.7V Optima Blue Top Battery. When I used the Yellow corded pendant, it would struggle a bit and lift a hair or two. So the pendant was much more forgiving than the remote/wall unit when going up or down. I tested the battery, I have 1000 MCA rated battery, but testing revealed like 218, so it only had a quarter of the MCA. So this was the issue, a battery that the charger said it was at 100%, but just can't deliver the Amperage / wattage that it should to raise/lower the the unit. For some reason, even with limited use, I'm only getting 18-30 months out of my batteries. Going to try a solar trickle charger. Saw another video about wiring up a test light and a relay to make sure the hitch power to charge battery didn't blow a fuse resulting in no-charging while connected.

    Would you buy a 3000?

    • @michaeldavis3188
      @michaeldavis3188 ปีที่แล้ว

      Currently no, we do not do any projects that require moving anything more than the sk1550 will move. Also it is a much larger machine and would take alot of space on our trailer. Another thing to think about is it would require an entirely new set of attachments being that it runs the full size skid steer attachments. For residential installs the sk1550 is the best machine in my opinion but for large commercial jobs the sk3000 may be what you need. If you're moving full pallets of sod around or block alot then the sk3000 may be better however it is best for large jobsites with much more space in my opinion. I focus on residential removal and install so for me the sk800 and sk1550 are absolutely perfect for 99% of the things we do and the 1% we do not do I wouldn't want those jobs anyway to be honest if you know what I mean.

    Good video just sold my 800 just waiting on the 1550 but it’s so hard just settling around when they can’t give you an answer as to when it will be here Why did you sell the rotadairon and how do you like the Harley rake

    • @michaeldavis3188
      @michaeldavis3188 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I feel you on that brosky, waiting is no fun especially with no real answer on timing. I liked the rotadairon but it will catch irrigation pipes if they are not at proper depth which I learned many yards we worked on were not LOL. The rotadairon also couldn't move dirt. With the harley rake you can push piles of dirt into places and get things relatively smooth before you begin hand raking. The rotadairon was really only a going in reverse type attachment. It was nice but for what I do for example with like sod installs I prefer to usually use a non selective herbicide on our new lawn renovations and kill the turf then cut it out with a sod cutter and just push it all to the street and into piles. That way the soil isn't all loosened up and nothing gets damaged.

    Is there a difference in aux hydraulic flow rates?

    • @michaeldavis3188
      @michaeldavis3188 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey budd, yes the sk1550 is at 16gpm and the sk800 is only 12 gpm. Both are great for normal use and you wouldn't notice a huge difference if you weren't trenching or grinding for long periods of time. The 1550 is definitely better flow but not 20,000.00 dollars better flow if you know what i'm saying. The sk1550 really shines when dumping high or lifting heavy.
