This video helped me out a lot thank you. I ended up also replacing the exhaust manifold due to it being cracked in the middle. However, now I smell exhaust inside the vehicle do you have any thoughts on what I did wrong? I followed the video step-by-step.

I need to replace my driver side valve cover on this same 2015 Transit 3.5 engine. I’m assuming it’s a very similar process?

It is utterly ridiculous that it requires this much work just to replace an O2 sensor. I know exactly why Ford designed it this way and it's for that reason that I will never buy another Ford brand vehicle, newer than 2012

Awesome video! I recently ended up doing a bunch of front end work and used a very similar method for the strut install. I'm happy to say that this method is way less work than trying to leave the knuckle in place (ask me how I know). Any chance you have the part number in question for the front strut assembly? Sounds like it comes with the spring and mount as well! Again, awesome video :)

took the whole damn car apart! just did this Job in 15 min, needed a flathead to remove air box and an O2 sensor socket and some electrical tape to pull it through, unless your getting paid by the hour use some common sense and get your vehicle working, save yourself 650$ to boot.

Thanks for the great video. We have a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV AWD. One question, are the pads for the rear brakes much smaller than those on the front? I ordered brakes from Detroit Axle and the rear pads seem small.

This video is great, I now have the confidence 👍 Just wanted to point out though, turning the wheels like that with the truck off may or may not introduce air bubbles into the power steering system. It sounds stupid but it happened to my 2001 and others have mentioned it elsewhere on the internet. The symptom is an alarming steering wheel shake when hitting certain bumps, eventually the air will bleed itself out, or you can expedite the process by making a lot of low speed sharp corner turns in both directions.

Genuine bit of confusion: the driveshaft will not rotate when in neutral, parking brake off, and rear wheels on stands. What am I missing.
