I don't share your take on this issue. I don't believe it would harm content providers at all since it's already very easy to stop those kinds of subscriptions. This ruling is aimed at subscription services like Roku that make it very difficult to stop your subscription.

Man, the Ps5 Pro... while there will be Fps improvements for non-enhanced games due to the improved hardware and faster rendering of textures it still isn't a great console, because 4K@60 still cannot be achieved on any Enchanced game. I covered this on my own channel with all 11 games Digital Foundry got hands-on experience with. -- While some games really do benefit from the Enhancements (Dragon's Dogma, F1, Hogwarts Legacy, FF7 Rebirth) who can justify spending $700 on a console for 3-4yrs before we get the Ps6? I believe most that preordered the Pro were either scalpers or channels. I don't know of a single friend that has a Ps5 that preordered the Pro. 😕 They're not interested for the price. -- Many I've talked to are alsonworried about future pricing of the Next-Gen.
