You try some jerk with chicken from the motherland yet? Helmeted guineafowl (numida meleagris) african rice (oryza glaberrima) and cowpeas (vigna unguiculata)

I wish the chef at House of Jerk used a spoon for all the different meats he was putting on the callaloo. Using his hands with one set of gloves for everything not a good look.

Jamaican food is greatly underrated. Keep it up the amazing jamaican community of Toronto!

Quality control and portions are on point 100 % all the time and not to mention the taste omg absolutely delicious. Today i ordered jerk chicken and rice & peas and.vege today and it was amazing. The seasoning was right on mark i also had the manish water oh wow. Food is amazing. THAK YOU AUNTIE GOOD JOB.!❤
