I put my leather seals on without punching the hole bigger. Won’t be doing that again! Throttle is too stiff…not sure if I should bother with disassembling it again to correct it or just let it wear into the seals and make sure I have an external return spring
Hope it works in but you may want to take them out and re-work the hole
Do not eat the gears lol

I would take the coating off the brake surface first, let the pads seat after.
I assemble it, I let the pad scuff off only what the pad touches, the actual black oxide is extremely thin so there's no contamination problem. I want black oxide to remain on the upper and lower surfaces so that when you operate the brakes you're always cleaning what is not coated. No problems

Time is flying I just can't believe how old this cabinet is or how old I am😂
@@roberthuber1936 The nozzle on the bucket blaster wore through. I found replacement nozzles and made new window shields out of laminator sheets. It works real well again 👍

Yes you need to stake the backside of the thread sticking through for failsafe... doesn't have to be radical it just has to be

1:33 That's a sealed cage, not a shielded cage. Sealed is best for this application since it has lubricant and the RPM is low 👍 Shielded has lower drag, but the linkage is spring loaded, so we don't care.

Were the previous fans insufficient in flow even after polarity was switched?
There were several cooling issues so I can not say exactly on the fan output but I do know that fan output that I am putting on will be quite adequate for California desert heat.
Are you going to show the various OD and ID meteic sizes of high pressure fuel line for lambos.
Well I'm dealing in mostly Weber carburetors, that said you want to keep your fuel pressure around 3.5 PSI so we're dealing with low fuel pressure. Adding a fuel pressure regulator to any of the cars that do not have them is a must. Sizes are sizes when you're working on the car you will find out what sizes you need so everything can vary. I dwell on proper maintenance, it's not about mileage it's about time. Super appreciate your question!!!
