I've been struggling to pick between the Benelli 702x and the Voge DS900X. In the end I bought the Voge and should get it in about two weeks. The Benelli is a good looking bike and I like the fact it has a 20 litre fuel tank. I had a Leoncino 500 a couple of years back and it was a lot of fun to ride. For me the Voge has standard kit that would cost extra on the 702. Things like engine bars, heated seat and grips, spotlights would take the price in the UK to within €1300 Euros of the Voge and it would still be missing traction control, blind spot mirrors and fully adjustable suspension. You also have a more powerful motor, although that was at the bottom of my important list. I hope you're still enjoying your Benelli.

Hi Matthias, my 2016 sport nav (64000 miles) has a nasty noise like you describe, it sounds like something is about to break… It only happens when there is a small amount of sliding at the rear axle in first or second gears on slippy roads. Noise seems the same with traction on or off. Did you find out what the cause of the noise was please? Thanks.

Hi Matthias, ich bin auf dein Video gestoßen, weil ich gerade selbst ernsthaft in Erwägung ziehe (okay, eigentlich steckt meine Frau dahinter 😂), von meinem 718 Cayman GTS auf einen MX-5 RF downzugraden, solange es noch 2-Liter-Modelle zu kaufen gibt. Ich bilde mir zumindest ein, dass ich mit dem Miata genau so viel Spaß haben kann, wie mit dem Porsche.Vielleicht sogar mehr, weil sich der Mazda auch bei geringeren Geschwindigkeiten schneller anfühlt und man ihn im Alltag nicht so sehr in Watte packen muss. Kopf und Bauch führen da bei mir gerade einen erbitterten Kampf. Aber wie geht es dir denn mit 2 Jahren Abstand mit deiner Entscheidung? Bereust du das Downgrade? Grüße aus Bochum.

Also ich verbrauche mit dem ND 131 nur 4,9 Liter, fahre zu 97 % offen, und lasse die zweite Hälfte des Drehzahlbandes meistens weg. Fahre viel Pässe, 250 km rund um den Reschen. Was sagt denn die Freundin dazu, wenn er dauernd hinten ausbricht ? Der Julier aufwärts ist eine Schnellfahrstrecke, Fahr mal den Gavia, der kommt nach dem Stilfser Joch, Richtung Osten, Bozen ...

I camped so much in Australia when young - by 2010 in South America, I didn't enjoy camping much and gave away my tent to a kid in Bolivia.
