He smoked it on slide

I was at the free concert in Oshkosh WI. It was during the county fair and their visa,s never arrived , so they had to perform for free. What a concert. I saw 2 more times after that. I was a huge rod price fan , master of the slide guitar.

I cant thank you enough for posting this gem. Can I have an amen please for this band. The Church of King X.

Saw them for the Tapehead tour. They were in a small club on Jacksonville's westside. We stood right in front of them. We knew the words to all of their songs. We might have been the only ones who did. We shook hands at the end of the show. My wife got a pick from Doug. They are the coolest!

The audio is actually kind of sick because you can really here all of doyle's guitar! Its a great video for that reason

I don't think iva was very happy with his band back then He was very young and really didn't know what he was doing Iva puts alot of emphasis on friendship.

I got Dave’s autograph on the cover of their first vinyl album a couple years before he passed. Saw their first tour in Denver. They blew the roof off the place!

Just goes to show that even twenty-odd years on, you aren't going to beat the original lineup of a band playing the stuff they wrote and recorded together. For me Wishbone Ash are always going to be Turner, Turner, Powell and Upton (sounds like a legal practice!) I had the misfortune to witness a non-original lineup version in the early 80s and it was not good. Probably one of the worst big name band gigs I ever wasted money on. This one here is good though, although one can always wish for a bit more Flying V, Strat and Thunderbird.

They always put on a show,especially with Price and Stevens however ...Never saw Price live go off on drving wheel like this show. Saw them a lot, my favorite along with Yes as far as showmanship and passion for the music they made...i do miss Lord and Paice playing together, kinda like Marriot with pack of three ..gosh the seventies were GggggggREAT says Tony the Tiger

First concert i ever went to - Derby Eve Jam in Louisville ky Foghat , Outlaws , and i think the Hounds Hell of an experience for a 13 or 14 year old . Was 76 or 77 .

I remember seeing them at the old Cloudland Ballroom in Brisbane around this time. I far as I remember they played much the same set. RIP Cloudland, a great venue and historic building sadly gone now.

One of their best... performances...!!! They played 'la France' very often. Makin' up the way for 'Happy drivers', oth, les gnomes, métal urbain...

I was there with my Bro. We went on a hunch, as in the Melody Maker it was advertised as Blind Drunk Ft Matt Vinyl (is He a Small Face?). My Brother Jim was convinced it was Steve and was right!.

ALC is a favorite album of Eric's. Right up there with Ah Via Musicom.

Great footage and sound, especially for that time period when it was still camcorders and a lot of venues didn't let you record shows then. Saw them a month earlier at Deer Creek (now Ruoff) Music Center in Noblesville, IN during the Summer Daze tour w/ BOC, Pat Travers, and John Kay & Steppenwolf.

Thanks for this awesome upload! I haven't seen this since the original airing lol. Shame Tony never got the kind of recognition his talent deserved.

Return of the boogeyman tour? Thanks for posting. When I started listening to hard Rock in the early seventies it was Ted Nugent, Foghat and Aerosmith that was on my turntable most of the time. It seems like it was just yesterday!

Wow, JANE Live in the late 1980s. It brings back memories, I was lucky enough to see this band line-up twice at the ROCKHAUS in VIENNA with my Jane favorites like Hangman, Rest of my Live, Windows, So So long

It's a little sad that 20 years prior they were filling stadiums, and here they were playing a summer concert-type thing in a park.
