Hey!! Great video and welcome to Charlotte! Rent is extremally insane these days... pre-covid (2019)I was paying $900-$1000 (near uncc /university area). And as years go on rent increases by the hundreds..last year(2022) I was paying approx $1290.. I decided not to renew b/c 2023 my rent increased to approx $1460...so I decided to move back with my mom and save up until I can get something else I really want and worth the price..
