Hi thanks for sharing with us, I have a question and I hope you read and answer my comment, I have one of this controller, ddcsv4 1 but for same reason I can't make a perfect circle or square I went through everything , no backslash, the configuration on te driver are the right ones before I told was the drivers, replace them same issues, get new kit servo motors and drivers , same issues, I calibrate the steps along the table to be more accurate all perfect, but when it comes to make a circle there is the problem. My cuestion is did you hade the same problem, if is yes did you solved, how? Thanks ho, also I get a second controller and the problem remains, thanks again

I notice you have connections for what looks like Encoders on all of the axes. How is this implemented?

Can you tell me more About the ports and pins for spindle speed of the novusun v2 controller?

Which one is "z limit +", and which is "z limit -"? This video seems to only show one swnsor for each axis, and doesn't shpw where the other sensor goes for each axis. And its not clear which is positive and which is negative..

Thank you for posting this. Is there a way to zero the Mach coordinates in the Main Page? I can zero the Abs coordinates by pressing Shift - Zero - choose axis and Enter, but that's only for Abs. All the best.

I think you got the error I am getting when you first plugged in the MPG. I get a MPG Hard Reset error, looks like you cleared it with resetting the emergency stop is that correct? My DDCS Expert must have an issue, because I get that error no matter what, even without the MPG plugged in! Does that sound right?

That looks like my Control Box/Panel design (AutoCAD .dmg + BOM Excel files). As agreed I electronically sent attached files to YuYong Industries about 14 months back. My design files also included the mechanical and electrical interface drawings. The only info missing was Phase 3 Setup info. I am still waiting for my side of the agreement to be fulfilled. I bought NVUMV2 4 axis and 6axis also digital dream. try every possible setting it can only turn on the output pin but analog 0-10v not working. I see you put under the spindle output step pin0 direction pin 0 what is that setting for?? I try it did not work is there something i do wrong??

I am setting CNC control using NVCM6V2.1 USB I can't get the spindle to work every time I turn on the spindle it cannot turn off also when I turn on the spindle input 3 also active, it seems like it interferes with the VFD input. the VFD I'm using Etrac XFC2000. VFD input setting Active LOW measuring at the input voltage +13.5v any suggestion? The first time I use this controller it had so many problems. The manual says 12 to 24v but it won't turn on at 18v.
