Great video! I have a gt1000core and I want to set it to give me a little bass on the E, A, and D strings for my acoustic guitar. I don’t want to hear octave sounds on my other strings. Do you know of a tutorial that will help me achieve this? Seems like it would be common but I can’t find a good video or article that demonstrates this. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the Walrus Canvas Mono? I like the idea of using a LI for the Boss GT-1000 Core. The Walrus looks handy because it has the DI and LI settings (not available on the MISO). But the MISO sounds great, just wondering if anyone has insights into how they compare. Thanks!

Thanks for the demo! First, it is obvious that the levels were matched as the signal from the direct box will be 20dB lower than the MISO (the equivalent of cutting the volume in half...twice). The Strat sounds pretty compressed already so that makes the differences much more difficult to discern...but you can hear a distinct difference between the samples with the PRS. A clearer top end and midrange. Many players note increased low end with the MISO as well. Definitely a not so subtle difference in the reverb trails.

Mate great tone! Loved your clip walking through your tone map for the GTCore on Same God! I have a GT Core and setting up a fly rig around it with a switcher, HX One, ToneX, lightspeed and sick as OD. etc. How is your midi setup to switch between effects? Interesting! Did you measure the DC resistance of the bridge pickups, and their distance from the strings to be exactly same? It seems common knowledge that pickup covers attenuate the high frequencies some. However, I've had the experience that pickup covers also attenuate low frequencies, and it is very audible in these clips also. In fact, to my ears the attenuation of bass frequencies strikes even more prominent than the attenuation of treble.
