JamieShow does gorgeous products, but if you ever have a problem the owner, George, will find any way possible to tell you the problem was your fault. Their service is really dreadful considering the price of their products. Even Mattel treats collectors better, and that's really saying something.

I'm loving them despite the sparce hair rooting but id sort that out with a rooting tool i don't mind doing for my own dolls but doing it for someone else's doll it would frie my brain it's different when it's your own. As your not on a time line i only ever done it for a childhood friend as her doll was well loved and at one point she'd given her doll a hair cut it wasn't a bad cut more of severe bob shed seen a photo of Josephine baker in a black Hollywood book , as I was with her when we were children when her dad bought it for her and years later when we met by shere chance i asked her about the doll and she told me she still had it and about the hair cut i told her id be tidy the doll up , but surprised her with a full head reroot she wasn't expecting a mass of brunette curls , which i done over a four day period she was over the moon the way it turned out i even replaced the damaged sleeping eyes which id recovered from another doll and salvaged its orignal dress she offered me money but i refused but she went and bought me a beautiful dark complextion fashioneista doll in a pink tweed suit and it was well articulated i did braid its hair in tiny braids and pair her up with J,L,S, male doll ,they look well to gether

I bought two of the ladies Heidi and Simone , here in northern Ireland couldn't find the fella any where , but I will get him l have friends who also look for me also , i recall looking for a curvey black Barbie i couldn't find her any where then I did and so did my friends so i ended up with about seven of them i kept one in its packaging and one out kept her original the others i revamped changed the hair styles different clothes they All looked completely different and with the help of a local African lady living here in northern Ireland we sold them and split the profits

The eye shape lip tint and skin tone is what makes this newer Adonis look slightly different from the first Adonis doll. Overall tho he’s absolutely gorgeous

I still have a Miko (the first Asian Barbie) and an Imani doll from back in the 80s. The clothes were much better than Barbie (especially current Barbie clothes), with snaps, instead of velcro. She was gorgeous, with an elaborate gown. My Mom was so excited to give her to me.

Once again, the closest we've ever gotten to this beauty was back in 2000 when Toy Biz made a 10" figure; unlike their Storm, who had molded hair, she had "real" hair. I got 2 on sale, so I turned one into the Black Queen of the Hellfire Club!

I love Storm so much, I changed my name over 40 years ago! *I MUST OWN THIS!* The closest we've ever gotten to this was around 2000, when Toy Biz put out a 10" figure, but her hair was sculpted.

Storm was always a childhood favorite X-Men character of mine, other than Wolverine himself. I even figured that if they ever did a male version of Storm, I would want to do a live action version and pay homage to Halle Berry's portrayal . The only thing is, I can't wear contacts... so I wouldn't be able to change my eye color unless they did some photo shopping or something. Hopefully one day, my dream of being the Male Storm will come true

IDC about superheroes or whichever actress that doll is based on, but I have a thing for short hair and brunette dolls, so I love her. Even though I've tried to restrict my collection to reproduction dolls/dolls that look like they belong in 40s and 50s clothing, I will be keeping my eye out for her in the secondhand market. That girl had some serious box hair lol. The fact you can't remove her clothes without damaging them sucks donkey balls.
