Hi! Do you know if the quota bag reset applies to Paris also? I am in the U.S. but I like to shop there. I agree about going slow. I went very fast last year and into this year a little. For my next bag I will take my time. It’s hard to do so because there are so many items on my wish list so I go in and get what I like. I will be posting another Hermes haul soon😊 Your jumping boots could possibly be the regular pair. I am 5’2 and I would need the shorter pair but I am not 100% sure. Great haul!!!❤❤❤

Dont get the guilloche. Its scratches with time and loses its shine: get the hammered gold. I bought the guilloche n sold it off then i purchased the hammered gold. Its a better buy n will last longer.

So confused. You never owned other rings? My family is Japanese and Mom had a couple Chinese in-laws: aunties loaded me and my cousins up with jewelry from childhood! Why did I think this was an Asian thing for all of us Asians? Probably living in US has confused me, it often does🤯😂 If your family doesn't give rings, you may not know if you put rings on 2 adjacent fingers they will scratch each other badly very often. So, to avoid scratching, maybe put the next ring either stacked or index finger instead. If you buy sized for index or thumb then want to wear on your ring finger, they sell gold ring guards to size down. I have ring guards as I'm a 4, that size is not popular or often in stock, so I buy the 5 or even 6 and make it work. Same with shoes lol😅

I’m a little biased .. but I say go for Kelly gourmette ! Actually one of the reasons was also because I hate lobster clasps! I can never put on my vca bracelet by myself 😂 but I also would still like to add the hammered gold rather than guilloche as apparently more durable for everyday wear ! ❤

The “Hermes journey” seems like extortion. Bentley puts a price on their cars and people can afford to buy it or not ~ very simple. It would be a shame to find out that the journey process is just done to women (their main clientele for birkin and kelly bags aka quota bags) because women are willing to accept this kind of treatment… So sad.

Great topic! You have really thought this through. It's a major undertaking to go on this Hermès journey! So, here's something a relative does: among her circle are people who like Hermès products but have no interest in a quota bag, so they buy through her. She makes the purchases of lotion, home goods, scarves etc via her SA. Then her friends and family reimburse her later when they meet her to pick up those items. Wouldn't hurt to ask your parents, siblings and close friends if there's anything they intend to buy and you could do similar:)
