why would she say that? maybe I'm paranoid. but it seems like she's leading the witness, your honor. Make sure you get results and not just "feel good". Have a system and progress along that path.

if something is controlling you, change that. technologies (in all it's forms) has taken a hold of us (humanity). Coconut oil works as a lubricant quite well and it does not have the chemical bs designed into KY. the question is why do people buy it?

the importance of my am sadhana in terms of (my personal) loop. how to use discipline to avoid my loop. Concept of "loop" first came to me thanks to Naudi. "snowflake and safespace" are examples of the global cultural loop we are stuck in and must get out of if we are to survive and thrive.

Udiyan bandham always has to be performed with jal badham. Which means along with stomach sucking, you have bend your chin and touch the basal part of neck with it.
This is interesting. Never seen it before. My core is my main weak spot but I started doing physical therapy and yoga a few weeks ago and now I'll incorporate this too. You look great 👍

In my 78th year I find it beneficial and rewarding to achieve isolation and control of the abdominal "wall. I have always been intrigued and impressed by the way control of muscle movement can be obtained, never more so that in empty stomach abdominal isolation. The breath control and associated pressure of hands are all part of what is necessary for success. Strive for greater reward. Or, in simple English: practice makes perfect for all who take up this pursuit of physical mastery of the body.

why we need do this?
Improving on any part of the way your body functions has to be good, right?
So many benefits: stimulates blood flow to muscles and visceral organs, expelling waste products from food and digestion, firms and tones inner core muscles, ie transverses abdominus, multifidi, pelvic floor to support a healthy back, breath retention among many benefits has an anti-inflammatory effect, mental concentration, et al.
I notice increased sex drive, more sensitivity during sex and more lubrication as a woman as well. Good stuff!
